It is an inch and a quarter, it also comes with an adapter to fit your two inch hitches. On the inch and a quarter, your weight capacity is gonna be 300 pounds and on the 200, or on the two inch hitch, it's gonna be 500 pounds. Just make sure you don't exceed the capacity of your hitch, your vehicle, or the cargo basket.
