Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches
The good: I like the way the bikes are held in and the ability to add the upright adapters to the bike frame holders. The straps are quality too. For a jeep with a spare tire, this is the perfect length to clear it. This rack is 5 stars from the bike holders to the base of it. The bad: the 2"receiver adapter and bolt are insufficient. I wish they made this in a solid 2" hitch. The entire setup is held into the receiver by a very short bolt. It only goes about half way into the receiver tube. So your hitch is only "secured" on one side. A hitch pin or bolt should go through the receiver tube completely imo so it can be secured on the other end with a retaining clip or nut. Because this only goes in the one side, the entire weight of the rack plus bikes are held tight to one side of the receiver by the undersized bolt and washer. A few bumps down the road and that bolt loosens. Now instead of distibuting the weight of the rack and bikes on the receiver and post, it's completely up to the bolt to keep you from losing the rack. The bolt threads get damaged too. I took this down a dirt road and nearly lost everything. I had to buy my own bolt with hd fender washers and lock washers to correct this. Thule should've provided this from the start. The current short bolt design where only one side of the receiver secures the rack is unacceptable. This rack is 1 star at best for the connection to the receiver.
Hitch pin broke before I got it. Looks like a poor design for the locking pin, they might want to consider a different design. I got a 3/8 shear pin from Home Depot to replace and it works great. Bike rack is great!

Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Hanging Style
Excellent and prompt customer service! When I first ordered my product it wasn’t in stock— staff were quick to let me know and offered me comparable products. I ended up waiting for my original order and shipping quick and they stayed in touch with ideas! Thule: The instructions could be a little more detailed. I ended up watching YouTube videos to help me instal. Overall it was easy, and this was the first rack I’ve ever installed and I did it by myself! I was surprised to learn the bike rack is in no way secured inside your vehicle, so.. I store it in my garage when it’s on.
Positive: The product is well thought out and works for a wide range of automotive vehicles. It comes with interesting dampers that i think work. Instructions seem to be translated from another language, but are quite good, accompanying pictures make installation straightforward. A test drive over speed bumps shows that the rack will support the bike for all travel needs. It can be disassembled , collapsed and stored in the trunk. Downside: The rack is made for the classic triangular shaped frame: horizontal cross bar, "male" bike. For bikes without the horizontal bar, mounting is a little less satisfactory. Such a bike can only be mounted on the outside mounts. Cannot use the damper on one side. Picture shows the mounting. as to a design solution, maybe brackets could be replaced with smaller profile, some adjustability? however, as it is, vibration control is good and adjustability with smaller profile would have vibration concerns.

Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
First-time rack buyer / owner / installer. The rack arrived in a timely fashion, maybe a day or 2 ahead of schedule. It was well packaged. I’m LOVING this bike rack. It was easy to put together and to mount on my new Honda Passport. Thus far, no squeaks in my 2” receiver. Hardest part of initial set-up is figuring out the best way to position two bikes. Trial & error and some patience. The directions weren’t clear as to where the 2 left-over screws went. I found the answer in another review and have posted a pic in case others have the same problem (photo with pen pointing at screw). These screws go in the underneath side of both of the folding arms. They appear to keep the wheel wells from sliding off in case in you drive with an empty, un-folded rack, and forgot to tighten down the wheel wells. The folding arm push / pull pins can be difficult at times. I coated the tips with some lube. That and a little jiggling seems to solve that issue. I guess it’s better for the pins to be snug vs popping right out. I added a small Master lock to the hitch pin (in lieu of the provided cotter pin) as a theft deterrent. I read that a 3/16 shackle lock will fit into the bike clamp down arms to also act as a deterrent. I had an old 3/16 lock that did snugly fit and appeared to be locked. HOWEVER, I yanked on the lock and it came open as there isn’t quite enough clearance for the shackle to lock. I discovered that longer 3/16 shackle locks are hard to find. Have attached a photo of the lock that actually fits and works (Ace Hardware). One lock on the upper clamp down arm will secure both arms as the lower arm can’t be removed without removing the upper arm. The clamp down arms appear to be coated to prevent damage to your bike. I’ve tried a simple rag and ultimately settled on pool noodle pieces as a precautionary measure. I CAN NOT open my tailgate (regardless of whether or not the rack is fold up and in the bike carry position). If that’s a concern for you, then spring for the more costly titling version. My back-up camera still functions.
The Swagman XTC-2 platform bike carrier arrived very quickly from etrailer and in good shape, the actual carrier box is inside another shipper box, which I'm sure helped with its condition. Assembly was relatively quick and painless, even though the instructions could be a little more thorough. Installing the carrier on the back of our Jeep Patriot also was quick, it helps to have an extra ratchet & 3/4" socket laying around for just this purpose. Installing the bikes takes a little patience and trial and error the first time you try and put them on the carrier. It's easy enough to adjust the wheel holders to fit the wheelbase of your bikes, but for us at least, the challenge was trying to swing the vertical support bar up into position after putting on the first bike (closest to the Jeep). We couldn't angle the bike enough toward the Jeep to have the bar clear the bike. We learned that the easiest way to secure the first bike was to remove the ratcheting frame hooks altogether, put the bike in the carrier, swing up the vertical support bar, put in the pin, and then slide one of the frame hooks down on the bar. The outside bike is much easier because you can set the bike in the carrier at whatever angle you need, not being limited by the back of the vehicle. One thing we did to protect the bike frames was to use some foam pipe insulation as cushion between the frame hook and the frame (see pictures). Once you get a system for installing the bikes, it is very quick to load/unload them. The rack seems to be well made and doesn't wiggle excessively when traveling. All in all a good product for a good price, would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a platform bike carrier.

Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier - Trunk Mount
Fits perfectly on our Lexus CT200h. Only on the old LS400, the side straps have to be fastened to the wheel arch edge, since the upper trunklid gap is to narrow for inserting the strap hooks. Mounting of two bikes is (with some routine) quickly done, and they stay safe even for longer and faster routes. For transporting three (mountain) bikes, though, the design doesn't seem big and robust enough. Nevertheless, the price-benefit-fun ratios are way better than reasonable.
We are very pleased with the quality and ease of use for our like-new purchase. From the online shopping experience with etrailer.com through multiple outings already, this bike carrier more than meets our needs. Thank you!

Swagman XTC4 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
So far I’ve just assembled it and took a quick test drive around the block. My initial thought is this thing is perfect. It’s super sturdy and easy to use. My only gripe and it’s not fault of the rack, but it’s heavy…
If you've done any research or read any of the other comments on either this rack, or this seller...rest assured they really are as good as everyone says! I ordered my rack on around 4pm est on a Friday afternoon and within an hour I received an email that said they have shipped my product AND upgraded to priority shipping. Can't say enough positive things about the customer service! When the rack arrived, it took me a little over half an hour to get it set up. Probably would e been faster if I were even slightly mechanically inclined (or if didn't I didn't have to borrow a socket wrench from my neighbor). We finally had an opportunity to load up the bikes and head out for a ride today. As others have said, the first time you load up your bikes, it's kind of like a puzzle to get them situated. Took about 15 minutes. This rack is awesome! Very sturdy and the bikes were very secure. Only racks I have had in the past were rooftop fork mount racks. This is so much easier! On e we got to the trail (over an hour drive) getting the bikes off was a piece of cake. Afterwards, it was time to load them back up and it was less than 5 minutes to get them all on and ready to hit the road. There were other 4-bike racks on the website, but this one had enough great reviews that I felt comfortable making the purchase. After the fact, I'm very glad I did! I can't imagine the $800 rack can be that much better than this, and I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a 4-bike platform rack. I will definitely recommend this rack and etrailer.com to everyone I know.

Yakima FullBack 3 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms
Performed perfectly on a 140 mile round-trip in my 2017 Acura MDX. It took me a few tries to position the anchors inside the top of the hatch, but I got the hang of it and the rack did not shift at all while driving 50-60 mph on the highway.
Excellent quality! Bike rack comes fully assembled. Cam locks hold the upper support and the bike arms in position and are very easy to use.fairly useless included cable lock. Will only work if you always carry 3 bikes. I just used my cable lock and had no problems transporting my bike to the trails.

Swagman Original Towing Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Tilting
Good product. The 350 lbs tongue capacity may be an issue considering the bikes weight and what you intend to haul. I customized a 600 lbs bar to avoid that and meet my hauling needs. Impressive 4 bikes 2’’ hitch solution to be able to use a single rack when using the ball or not.
Works well, easy to use. Ideally it would have a 2" receiver at the end rather than a place for a ball. Be sure to have chain extensions ready when you are towing something.

Curt Bike Rack for 5 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Tilting
It was obvious that we received a product that was returned by someone else when the box was overly taped shut, a support collar was broken, and most of the pieces were out of their ripped plastic bags. However, it was a great price to hold 5, 26" and/or 27" Trek bikes. I used a piece of the broken collar and went ahead and assembled the rack. Due to the weight of the 5 bikes it did not wobble that much when driving, as one of the bike tires was up against my car. I can only imagine that if we received an untampered product that this review would have been 5 stars. The picture is a little hard to see, but there are 5 Trek bikes on the rack on my 2020 Toyota Seinna.
We received a damaged box, damaged items, no instructions, the nuts and bolts are completely stripped and not inside a bag. This was obviously used, returned, not checked for quality and sent out. We are extremely upset.

Malone Hanger Trunk Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - Adjustable Arms
The Malone rack adjusts to fit my 2017 Trax really snugly and securely. Once we learned how to configure the bikes for best fit, everything traveled without movement. The only downside is that this system seems designed for narrow road bikes rather than the mountain and hybrid bikes we own. Although the anti-sway cradles are sufficiently wide for mountain tires, the close proximity of the individual bike setups sometimes cause a strap to pull loose during travel, so we keep the bikes cabled to the rack frame. We are able to make it work. For narrower bikes, I would recommend this rack without reservation.
Works great! We keep it set up to one position because it's used on my car only. I'm glad we bought the lock feature because we can just leave the rack on at the trail site. This was a great purchase. I'm impressed that you follow up on your product. I recall your staff was quite helpful in making sure I purchased the correct item for my car and set it up correctly. No recent pictures of the carrier but I do have one of myself as "happy camper" on the Fox River Trail which was doable because of the carrier purchase!!

Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Gunmetal Gray
My Kuat NV 2. Bike Rack is the best bike rack I have ever owned. It is excellent for electric bikes. Very easy to load bikes and holds bikes very securely.
This bike rack is built extremely good. It is solid and the bikes are easy to put on and off the rack. The reason for the 3 stars are the following. I purchased the 4 bike rack together. It comes in two seperate boxes one for the main unit and the other for the additonal two bike add on. However, even purchasing this as one unit the two units are keyed different. If I have 4 bikes on the rack and lock the bikes I have to have two different keys to unlock the bikes. Why? The main unit came with some scratches on it. However, I know that putting bikes on and off the unit will get scratched. It is disappointing to see the amount of money this bike rack cost to come already scratched. The other major issue with having the four bike rack is the ability to have all 4 bikes on the rack and tilt the rack down to get into the hatch of the vehilce. The manufacture could provide an extention to the lever so that when the rack is setup for 4 bikes it can be tilted without the assistance of another person. Only comes with two child bike adaptors.

Swagman Upright Bike Rack for 1 Bike - Roof Rack Crossbars - Frame Mount
Planning on bringing bikes while camping. I mounted 2 of the Swagman bike racks to my new Sportrack on my pop-up camper. The bikes fit perfectly. The racks seem sturdy enough. Not heavy duty, but for my needs they should be fine. Assembly was relatively fast and easy.
We have used the Swagman Roof Rack a number of times when we have needed the additional bike carrying capacity. It took a couple attempts to get the initial spacing of the bike rack properly balanced on the van’s roof rack as recommended by the instructions. But it was easy to do and once set was very easy and quick to put on and take off. The rack works great, the bike is easy to put into place and secure. The bike and rack are very stable and quiet and haven’t required any mid-trip adjustments. We always put the cheapest bike on the roof (lol) but do use a bit of duct tape to protect the finish just Incase. We are very satisfied with the rack and consider it quite a deal for the money.

Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Matte Black
When I ordered this rack, I was thinking " Wow, this is a lot of money for a bike rack." Now that its assembled and I loaded it with 4 bike's (don't ask me what the bike's cost) I'm thinking "Wow, this is a lot of bike rack for the money". Awesome product and customer service.
This rack definitely has some pros and cons (as do most racks). A minor frustration is that despite ordering the rack and add-on at the same time, the keys don’t match so if locking three or more bikes you need two different keys (this has only really irritated me when it was raining). As other reviewers have mentioned, this thing is heavy. Neither my wife nor kids can lift it to put it on or get it off the car by themselves. The downside is that given the size of the rack it is not real convenient to just leave it on the car. When the rack is in the up position, it is impossible to get in the back so it is necessary to lower the rack each time you want to get in. The other downside is that the rack significantly cuts down on visibility when backing up. All that being said, the rack is rock solid and the bikes are very secure. The rack is great for extended trips. When loaded and tipped down, it is great to be able to open and access the back. The spacing of the bikes is great and I don’t have to spend 15 minutes figuring out how to slide four bikes in just the right spot to make them all fit as I did with my old rack. Best of all the bikes are only sustaining damage on the trail, not on the back of the car! Despite some minor annoyances, I highly recommend this rack. As for assembly, my 13 year old put it together by himself in about 20 minutes (I promised him i would include that fact).

Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
Quick and reliable shipping and was able to take to my mechanic to get it installed and it works perfectly with my bike rack!
This is a very solid product! I have used it for over a year now and love it! I have had up to 3 bikes on this without a problem and have traveled over 8 hours in the car one way with absolutely no issues. Many other bike racks like this one that I see on other cars look unstable this is not unstable in anyway. I did have to file some of the paint off of the rack to get it to fit in my 1 and 1/4" hitch but once that was done it has been perfect. I also bought the locking hitch bolt which is awesome too.
Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 GMC Acadia

I would like to see the pearl version on this car 'cause it would match the white color but that's all up to you whatever you think looks best.
Saris Door County 2 Electric Bike Rack Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hi, everyone. Aidan here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna be taking a look at the Saris Door County Bike Rack here on our 2019 GMC Acadia. Now the Door County is going to be a platform style rack, holding the bike down in these trays with two wheel straps and primarily holding it upright with this clamp around the frame here, that is gonna mean that our carbon frame bikes we're probably gonna wanna avoid just because we do have some pretty big frame contact and it's clamping down on that frame. So we don't want to damage it. But with the way this attaches down here rather than like a hook on the top tube, I think our alternative frame bikes are gonna be just fine.
Yakima RidgeBack Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hi, everyone. Aiden here, with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima RidgeBack Hanging-Style Bike Rack here on our 2019 GMC Acadia. Now it's gonna be able to hold up to four bikes. And you can see it's going to hold it hanging by the frame here. We've got two straps on top and this third strap on the seat post here, as our anti-sway cradle keeping that side-to-side movement down to a minimum.
Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hi, everyone. Aiden here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna be taking a look at the Kuat Piston Pro X here on our 2019 GMC Acadia. Now, the Piston Pro X is a very unique and very high-end bike rack. Everything's gonna work really smoothly and work really well for your bike here. You can see we're holding the bike in these trays and by the wheels, making it good for our carbon frame bikes, our alternative frame bikes, and with a 67-pound weight capacity per bike, even good for our e-bikes. We also have the ability to tilt it away from the vehicle with our bikes loaded, like with many other racks in this style.
Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hi, everyone, Aiden here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna be taking a look at the Kuat Transfer bike rack here on our 2019 GMC Acadia. Now, the Transfer is going to be a platform-style bike rack holding the bike by the wheel here. So, that means we're gonna have zero frame contact making it good for our carbon frame bikes, our alternative frame bikes, and it does have a 40 pound weight capacity in this version. This is the version that'll work with an inch-and-a-quarter hitch or two-inch hitch. If you are looking for a higher capacity of 60 pounds per per bike, you can check out the exclusively two-inch version that will boost your capacity just a bit and be better for those e-bikes. But either way, they're gonna both function the same way.
Hollywood Racks Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hi, everyone. Aiden here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna be taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Destination 4 Bike Rack here on our 2019 GMC Acadia. Now, like I mentioned, this is a four bike rack and it's a platform style rack, holding the bike in these trays with these wheel straps at the bottom. And primarily with this cradle up here on the frame. The cradle is gonna slide up and down independently on these masks.
Hollywood Racks Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Destination E-Bike Rack here on our 2019 GMC Acadia. Now, this has quickly become one of my personal favorite e-bike racks and it's a pretty special one too. And we'll get to some of that in a bit. But it's gonna be holding the bike primarily in these trays with these three wheel straps and upright with this clamp right here. The clamp tightens down easily with this lockable hand knob and keeps the bike really secure in the rack.
Saris MHS Modular 2 Bike Rack Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hey everyone, Charles here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the Saris MHS modular bike rack on the 2019 GMC Acadia. Because of the double tire hold, this bike rack can accommodate a lot of different kinds of bikes, especially your carbon frames, and those with a custom paint job, pretty much the only kind would be those with a fender, but you can carry up to 60 pounds per bike, and it does have a tote away feature, which is awesome. The only problem is with our long handle bars here, our hatch is going to make contact at about right here, but we can just take the bike off to be able to access that. We are gonna have three attachment points, a strap for the front tire, and then two of the wheel mounts to take the bike off. We're gonna start with the strap, and just get that out of the way. And then from here, we can go ahead and push on this gray button, swing that out of the way, and then keeping one hand on the frame, so it doesn't fall on your vehicle, we can now push on this gray button, and get that out of the way, and now our bike is free.
Hollywood Racks Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hey, everyone. Charles here at etrailer. And today, we're taking a look at the Hollywood Sport Rider SE bike rack on a 2019 GMC Acadia. So, this bike rack is gonna be great for hauling your extra heavy electric bikes, as you can carry up to 80 pounds per bike. Now, this is a frame mount, so if you had a custom paint job or your carbon frame style bikes, this might not be the one for you. But we're gonna have three attachment points, a strap for each tire, and this frame mount.
Inno Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hey everyone, Charles here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the Inno Tire Hold bike rack on a 2019 GMC Acadia. This bike rack is gonna be great for holding a lot of different kinds of bikes because it is being held on by both of the tires. So your carbon frame, your custom paint job bikes are gonna be great on this bike rack. Pretty much just those with a fender probably wouldn't work well for you. But we're gonna have 60 pounds of weight capacity per bike. And it does tilt away, but unfortunately, on our Acadia here, it does not make clearance past these longer handle bars right here.
Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hey, everyone, Charles here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the Swagman Chinook bike rack on a 2019 GMC Acadia. This is gonna be a great bike rack to use to transport your bikes of up to 45 pounds each. Since it is a frame mount, you probably wouldn't use this on a carbon frame style bike, but it is gonna be made out of steel, so it's gonna be very durable and last a long time, and it's finished with a black powder coat, making it rust resistant. One of the great features about this rack is that it does tilt away using this lever on the back. We can still keep our bikes on the rack without having to take them off, and be able to access our hatch to grab our helmets, waters, whatever we need for our bike ride. We're gonna hear it snap back into place and that's how we know it's secure.
Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hey everyone, Charles, here at the etrailer. And today we're taking a look at the Kuat Sherpa bike rack on a 2019 GMC Acadia. It's also gonna make it easier to mount your women's bikes and the ones with the odd shape step-through frames. One of the great features is the tilt away feature, You can access that by using that pedal.
Yakima Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hey everyone, Charles here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the yakima stage two bike rack on a 2019 GMC Acadia. This is your platform style rack. That's gonna be very versatile as far as weight capacity and different shaped bikes that you can hold since it is a front wheel mount you can easily mount your carbon frame style bikes without warping or damaging the frame. And you don't have to adjust to accommodate those odd shaped frames like the wooden step throughs and stuff like that. But the quality is just really well built. It's really smooth to operate.

Hi everyone. It's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today we'll be taking a look at the Yakima Onramp 2 Bike Platform Rack here on our 2019 GMC Acadia. So the GMC Acadia actually has a pretty good ground clearance with its factory hitch. So that's where the Yakima Onramp is truly going to shine. This has a ramp that is attached to the bike rack itself.

Hollywood Racks Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hi everyone. It's Evangeline here at etrailer and today will be taking a look at our Hollywood Racks Destination two bike platform rack here on our 2019 GMC Acadia. The very first thing to talk about is if you wanna access your hatch.
Hollywood Racks Road Runner Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 GMC Acadia
Hey, everybody, welcome to etrailer.com, I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look, at the Hollywood Racks Road Runner 4 Bike Rack Carrier here, on our 2019 GMC Acadia. Now this can be an excellent way of getting your bikes to the trailhead, now with hanging style, your biggest issues, you're gonna have a lot of sway on your bikes, and what that means, they're gonna be bumping into each other they gonna be scratching each other, It's just making small, minor dinks and damage to it, so eventually, your paint's gonna start wearing off, your bikes just aren't gonna look as good. Now that doesn't mean that any aren't great, you're getting four bikes to the trail head with you, but you know, it's never great to actually do any damage to our bikes, that's where the Roadrunner comes in, it's gonna do an excellent job of really reducing the play and sway that our bikes are going to feel even with four bikes on here, and what I mean with that, you're getting a lot of great anti-sway control. At the top here, you can see we have this nice vertical posts for our anti-sway cradle here, gonna do a very good job of covering a lot of our bike, really reducing that innate play that's gonna have, so it's not gonna be swinging as much, and if it does swing, it's gonna return right back to where it was relatively quickly and fast to where we're not making any contact with our bikes. We also have at the bottom here, this nice anti-sway bar control, now what this is gonna do, to allow you to utilize the included cam buckle straps, to run this through all of your tires and each into those posts, that way you can really make sure that this guy a isn't doing this whole motion, but be, isn't gonna be swaying back and forth on this guy, so that four, therefore, they're not gonna be bumping into each other, not gonna be doing any kinda damage to yourself, and that's really the name of the game with the road runner, it is that nice hanging style, and it's really reducing all of that sway. Taking a look at the cradles themselves though, nothing too crazy got a pretty nice little rubber strip here to hold these guys on to.

This is a clamp-on style bike rack, meaning there's not going to be any frame contact at all. Instead, it's going to grip around your tires, as you see here, which is going to save you some time from having to remove the tire as you would with the fork mounts. We'll also have a wheel strap at the rear, which is adjustable, to accommodate bikes of different sizes. We also have an integrated cable lock on the end here with a removable cap, so you can replace this with a Yakima Same Key System Lock Core, so you can secure your bike to the roof rack as well. There is a lock, also, on the top portion here to secure your bike rack to the roof rack. With everything installed as it is, we're not going to have an issue of clearance between our rear hatch and our bike rack, as you can see here. So, let's go ahead and take our bike off and set it aside.
