Works great for my 2019 Jeep Renegade. I adjusted it to be open a little more, so I could use my rear wiper. It also keep pressure off the rear spoiler.

When I started the search for a bike rack, I was so disappointed and upset to hear that I would need to install a hitch and spend even more money to buy another bike rack for my 2016 jeep renegade. I ordered this bike rack with a little hope but got a huge surprise! Not only is it super convenient and easy to install but I can fully use my trunk and not spend a ton of money!
Fits perfectly on our Lexus CT200h. Only on the old LS400, the side straps have to be fastened to the wheel arch edge, since the upper trunklid gap is to narrow for inserting the strap hooks. Mounting of two bikes is (with some routine) quickly done, and they stay safe even for longer and faster routes. For transporting three (mountain) bikes, though, the design doesn't seem big and robust enough. Nevertheless, the price-benefit-fun ratios are way better than reasonable.
We are very pleased with the quality and ease of use for our like-new purchase. From the online shopping experience with etrailer.com through multiple outings already, this bike carrier more than meets our needs. Thank you!
Not bad. My first rack for my first XXL bike (Trek FX3 disc). At first was annoyed at the sparse instructions and the “fact” that the top straps weren’t long enough to reach my trunk’s top hinge. Went to collect my bike anyway and the shop assistant showed me that it was total user error: I had the straps in backwards and doubled.
Anyway...she showed me how and we tightened it. Racked the bike and drove the 12 miles home. Wasn’t sure about it (and it’s not the best rack I’ve seen) but it’s simple and does the job for me. Not driving cross country with it but even if I did, I think it’d be secure.
Pros: simple, secure, not too big at all/easily stored.
Cons: not many bells and whistles, doesn’t keep the bike far enough away from the car (pedal might bump the paint depending on how crazy you drive)
Seemingly well-constructed and supported bike rack. It fits my 2018 Toyota Camry SE just fine and I haven't had any issues with sway or even feeling my bike while driving. I've only carried one bike on it and have used it a limited number of times, so I cannot speak on durability and longevity. Although you shouldn't open your trunk while the rack is attached, I have been able to do so with no issue (without the bike attached).

While getting a bike rack for a sports car isn't ideal, I really wanted to transfer my bike with my own car instead of borrowing my friend's pickup truck. After hours of trying to find a bike rack that would be good for my 07 Mustang, I decided to give this one a try and I gotta say, it has been pretty good so far. It fits very well over the factory spoiler. One of my biggest concerns I was worried about when ordering a rack for my Mustang was ruining the paint, but the feet on the legs haven't left one scratch. I have used this to transfer my bike at freeway speeds (up to 80 mph) on car rides that typically last an hour and my bike was perfectly secure throughout each ride. For extra security, I wrapped both bike wheels with a ratchet strap so the wheels and pedals wouldn't shift in transit. So far, I am very pleased with this bike rack for the price and quality. I would highly recommend this if you want a rack that is affordable and durable.
Exactly as advertised, transported 2 Trek bikes on on the back of my 2016 Toyota Avalon without issue - travelling from Boston MA to Green Bay WI. Outstanding price buying this item as open-box. etrailer's website is the best I could find on the web with name brand racks, automated compatibility vehicle check, and they they shipped overnight.

The delivery was quicker than I expected, but apparently the item was not checked before shipping. There was a key strap missing. I called customer service and they said they would send me a replacement part. If that goes well, I would move my rating to four stars from two.
Great bike rack. The cable and hook system is extremely strong and tight and being bike to open the trunk with the rack attached (but without bike) is a godsend for packing. Assembly is somewhat difficult due to Thule’s IKEA-style picture instructions. Watching the video is essential. Once assembled, however, attaching and locking the rack in place is pretty simple. Be sure to wash and dry hooks, bumpers, and car surfaces to avoid scratches!
Still working great on my Hyundai Elantra sedan! It's used mostly to carry one bike, but have used it with three bikes with no problems. Easy to put on the car, and easy to store it in the car when not in use.

I did my research to make sure this 3 bike rack would fit my car. Unfortunately when it’s properly attached to my Honda Accord, the 3rd bikes petals rub up against my license plate and trunk therefore scratching my paint. Contacted etrailer and sent them pics. Very unhappy that they would suggest that I only use 2 bikes so it doesn’t damage my car. Defeats spending more $ on a 3 bike rack

Yes, the Thule Passage # TH911XT is very adjustable and will fit your 2014 Dodge Charger with the factory spoiler. I have attached a picture of this rack on a Charger and you can see that it has exceptional clearance.

For your 2014 Dodge Charger with the spoiler I recommend the Thule Gateway Pro # TH78VR.
I like the Gateway Pro because not only will it work with your spoiler but it includes an integrated cable lock to lock your bikes and you can tuck the excess straps out of the way which is nice.
Additionally you can add a security strap to secure the rack to the car using part # TH533 and you might need an adapter bar if any of the bike's are kids or women's bikes. The adapter bar creates... view full answer...
For a trunk mount bike rack that will easily clear the spoiler on your 2013 Dodge Charger you can use the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top rack # HRF2-3. This rack has an additional upper arm piece that moves the top straps up and over that spoiler so no weight is put on it (since the spoiler is not meant to support weight). I have included a link to a video that shows how it works.

The trunk mounted bike rack I would recommend for your 2013 Dodge Charger is the Yakima Fullback trunk rack part # Y02633 as it is a confirmed fit and because we recently asked our install and demo team to pick their favorite trunk rack based on performance and ease of install/use and they all picked this trunk rack. Vehicles like your 2012 Dodge Charger that have a rear spoiler can pose a challenge to the fit of many trunk-mount bike carriers, but there are specialized models offered that are designed to deal with this characteristic. The Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 2 Bike Carrier # HRF2-3 is made specifically for cars with rear spoilers. Its high-rise frame and multiple strap mounting options prevent damage to your spoiler, which is not really designed to bear any weight. Do note that your... view full answer...
As much as I like the Thule OutWay Bike Carriers including the # TH56BV, it is not the best option for your 2012 Dodge Charger SRT and that is due to the spoiler.
I recommend the Hollywood Racks Expedition 3, # HR37FR. It may not be as pretty as the Raceway but it reaches over and around spoilers like Stretch Armstrong. It has long legs and arching arms to go up and over that spoiler.

My personal favorite is the Thule OutWay 2-Bike Rack, # TH45JV or # TH56BV for the 3-bike. This bike rack uses only 2 rubber coated straps to attach the rack firmly to your vehicle's trunk or rear hatch. This makes installing and removing the rack super easy, the easiest that I have seen. The rack is lockable and the rack also includes an integrated cable lock to deter bike theft. This is by far my favorite rack.

The Thule Passage 2 Bike Rack # TH910XT is a confirmed fit for your 2010 Dodge Charger with factory-installed rear spoiler. If you like you can add a security strap to provide a degree of theft deterrence; Thule offers their # TH533 for this purpose.

Generally speaking, if a vehicle has a rear spoiler you will not be able to mount a trunk mounted bike rack. However, if no part of the bike rack touches the spoiler and the straps can pass underneath or over the spoiler without touching it, then you can use a trunk mount bike rack.
The Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier # TH910XT is not recommended on the 2010 Dodge Charger because the bike rack is going to interfere with the factory spoiler on your Charger.
