Yakima LoadWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket - Steel - 44" Long x 39" Wide
Ordered Yakima Load Warrior Roof Rack Cargo Carrier and Cargo Net for my 2021 Telluride. Both products received as described. Roof rack instructions were clear and assembly straightforward. Had to slightly adjust recommended spacing between OEM crossbars to accommodate Yakima requirements - 30" vs 33". Thinness of OEM crossbars result in the threaded ends of the bolts that hold on support brackets sitting a little too high, potentially presenting a cargo scratching hazard. All in all, however, very pleased with product.
Well done Yakima and etrailer. Great product and great service. The product is well made (in Taiwan....not China) and the parts and instruction video made it relatively" easy to install. Two people helps to install it more readily. The wind diffuser in the front greatly reduces wind noise. All in all very happy and glad I bought through etrailer. Service was excellent and delivery prompt.

Thule Canyon XT Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 49" x 40" x 6" - 150 lbs
We were very happy with our Thule roof rack. The low profile design works well and does not have too much wind noise compared to others I’ve had. It’s held up very well also through the seasons.
Still in great shape. No rust. No rattles. Great cargo rack
P V - 06/06/2021The Canyon XT installed with ease & also provides multiple mounting brackets for attaching to crossbars. It will definitely give us more interior room or additional cargo capacity! I highly suggest reading the directions a few times before you start & during assembly. Some parts are in the same bag for a step while other steps need parts from different bags. Depending on your vehicle, all parts may not be used. So make sure the parts you have left over are the right ones!

Thule Force XT L Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft - Black AeroSkin
I really like this box. I have used it on many trips. There is a slight increase in wind noise while driving. I built my own cross bars for clamping it to the roof. I made them very low so the box fits close to the roof. I am surprised how water tight it is. It is big, I am barely able to get it on and off by myself. The clamps work great for holding the box in place, but they do pop out of their holding spots when they are not clamped down. I think it’s designed that way so they don’t break when storing or handling the box. Would be nice if there were handles on it like a suitcase handle to make it easier for one person to carry it and move it.
It has worked great. Little to no additional wind noise. I drove all day in a rain storm, I expected a lot of water inside the carrier, but found only a tablespoon or so of water. The clamps hold tight.
James - 01/16/2022etrailer stocking and shipping got it to me in about 5 weeks, beat original estimated timeline. Tracking info right on, projected delivery date met. I am mounting the THULE Force XT L Rooftop Cargo Box to a full length PRINSCU roof rack on a 2020 Toyota 4Runner. Had to remove 2 of the crossbars to allow for the floor of the box to sit flush onto the rails. Once done, used the THULE quick clamps around the 2"x1" bars and installation completed!

Inno Shaper 100 Roof Cargo Basket - Channel Mount - Aluminum - 46-1/2" x 41-7/8" - 110 lbs
Light, strong, easy to put together and install. Only complaint is self tapping screws holding the 4 flat panels in place do not sit flush and hold tight. Instructions warn not to over tighten as I am sure this has been a problem others had. Panels tend to rattle with no load on them.
Put this on my wife’s 18 Cherokee trail hawk. Needed a bit more room for luggage. There has been a bit more wind noise with this rack. It is pretty light which makes it easy to remove. It has a decent payload and my wife likes the look. Happy wife, happy life...

Trunx Rooftop Cargo Carrier - 9 cu ft - Black
Used this on a cross-county road-trip and it worked great! We drove through all kinds of winter weather--snow, rain, ice, high wind-- and the contents seemed unscathed. The installation was relatively easy--bolted onto my Thule square bars on top of my Prius. The box felt very secure and did not move around or shake at all. I've used longer cargo boxes on top of my Prius and could see them shaking in the wind, so the shorter length was much appreciated. We did get lower gas mileage than normal and felt some wind drag from the high profile of the box, but that was expected. I would not want to take this box on and off frequently because the bolt process is kind of slow. Great customer service from etrailer and fast shipping. Great experience overall!
I bought this car top carrier a year ago. I needed extra storage for our pilgrimage to Florida. Yes, we are snowbirds and proud of it. It is approx. 2700 miles round trip. I’m happy to report the carrier worked flawlessly and provided the extra capacity we were looking for. I would highly recommend this carrier for build quality and a great price. We look forward to heading south again this December and with this carrier we have one less problem to worry about. Note, we added tie down straps for extra security. Not sure this is necessary, but it gave us a little more peace of mind.

Trunx Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft - Black
Save your money and do not buy this product, it's poorly manufactured to say the least. 1), the plastic gauge is way to thin making the final product to flimsy. 2) while the order information asked me for make, model and year of vehicle it did not match factory rail specifications. The factory roof rack system for Honda CRV is not adjustable and the 22 inch spread identified for product does not work for Honda installed roof rack systems. 3) lastly, the hinge design on this unit is poorly designed and will not align without modifications to bend the tabs so that they properly align with the slots. Once again, do not waste your money on this product.
Put it together in just a few minutes. Very easy. Haven't actually mounted it to the car yet. In my case, I think side opening would be preferred as the Traverse is very tall and will require a small step ladder to reach the lock.

Yakima SkyBox 18 Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft - Black Carbonite
Love our Skybox! It has made camping so much easier - it fits so much stuff super securely. With 2 kids it was a no brainer. I admit it is slightly too long for my 2015 Subaru Outback, but it still works just fine as long as we remember to program the lift gate so it doesn’t open all the way. (Just gotta remember to duck!) Very quiet too, if it wasn’t for the gas mileage, we wouldn’t even know we had it on our car.
One year later and four trips with this cargo pod. We've managed to stuff camping gear, ski equipment and other luggage into the pod. I really like how it can be opened from either side. Also, it ensures the pod is completely closed before the key is pulled out, providing an extra safeguard.

Inno Ridge Rooftop Cargo Box - 8 cu ft - Gloss Black
The Rooftop cargo box works really well. Just right for our Corolla. It has been dry inside after a rain. Our roof is limited to 100 lbs so we use it for our lighter things. Double latch and push button insures proper closing. No effect on mpg.
Installing onto the top of a camper van. The install will have to be custom, but the existing mounting is flexible enough that I don't anticipate any problems. There is some concern that I intend to make this a permanent installation and the cargo box is UV sensitive. It is unclear how sensitive, however. I must have missed that reading the original specs.

Thule Pulse Medium Rooftop Cargo Box - 14 cu ft - Matte Black
I ordered the Thule Pulse medium rooftop cargo box. We did have a little delay in receiving the product beyond what was expected. When we ordered, we were advised it would ship in six weeks as it was back ordered This was okay for my needs. Then we received messages a couple times that pushed it out over a month longer. I contacted customer service and was advised it was due to the fact that the payment needed to be reauthorized as it had been too long. I explained I received an email when that happened and immediately took care of that. Apparently, according to the customer service person I spoke with, this pushed my order behind others that had ordered after I had. He did push things along and I fortunately received it before our scheduled trip. It was easy to mount to my wife’s Jeep Cherokee. It is very sturdy and easily accommodated our dogs bed and supplies and luggage for three of us for a four day trip. It was much quieter on expressway travel than I expected. And when we returned home it was very easy to remove and store. So the bottom line, customer service was helpful in resolving the delay issue, the product is of good quality and was exactly what we needed. Installation and removal was easy and storage space was sufficient. It was easy to position the box for easy passenger side loading and without interference with the lift gate.
I was happy with my order and the communication with etrailer. The packaging was excellent and delivery was excellent. The Thule Pulse rooftop cargo box is a good fit for our 2019 Toyota Highlander.

Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket - 47" Long x 35" Wide - 165 lbs
Greetings, I am giving these items 3? Because I was offered alternative products that did not fit together. Originally, I intended to purchase a roof rack cargo basket type and a spare tire holder from Yakima manufacturer that go well together, but one of them wasn’t in stock. So, after 3 weeks waiting time, I was offered alternative items via etrailer website, and I accepted them…after all, they are the experts. I got the recommended items through UPS, then I assembled them by myself. The roof rack cargo basket fit well on my car, but the spare tire holder was not compatible with the roof rack cargo basket. They couldn’t be assembled together. I submitted my claim to return the spare tire holder. Now, I have not achieved my goal to carry my spare tire. Understanding the needs and expectations of your customers is critical to maximize customer satisfaction. I am sure both products are good, but they are not compatible together, even though they were manufactured by the same company. Distributors should know better! I returned one item and I hope to be refunded.
It was a breeze to install on my 2018 Ford Explorer. Two reasons why I bought this. #1 the price for the size of the rack #2 The ability to adjust the universal mounting brackets from front to back or length wise. I had tried another brand rack but the mounting brackets were from side to side and did not line up with my fixed cross bars. I used silicone to seal all the connection points. I have not seen any rust as of yet. I like it so much that I might sell this one locally and upgrade to next size up.I've had compliments on the appearance also. with the plus up sized tires and the rack. It has given the Explorer a sportier look. I definitely would recommend this rack to anyone.

Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket - 41-1/2" Long x 37" Wide x 4" Deep - 150 lbs
I am very pleased with the quality for the price.Just the right size for my 2017 Chevy Trax.the "U" bolts that are used to clamp the basket to the roof cross bars were a bit long so I cut them shorter & installed rubber caps on top of each stud. This keeps the studs from damaging items in the bssket.See pictures.
Works great, but takes some slight modification if you don’t want the bolts to poke through anything you have stored up there. Could be less of a problem depending on the cross bars you use, but I bought Curt’s cross bars and the bolts stick up pretty far.
Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 Chevrolet Cruze
Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Cruise, we're going to be test fitting the 17 by 46 Curt Cargo Carrier for inch and a quarter and two inch hitches. It's made of steel with a 500 pound weight capacity. It's part number is C18145. To begin our test fit, we're going to slide the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of our hitch. We'll line up our pin holes, thread in our anti-rattle bolt and tighten it down with a wrench. We can then secure it with the provided clip.
