Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches
We are very pleased with our bike rack and it gets a lot of use. The only reason for one less star is we can't open our rear gate all the way when the bike rack arm is lowered. Otherwise it would get 5 stars hands down. The service has also been excellent from etrailer. They really want to make sure you have the best product to serve your needs. If I ever need another rack, I wouldn't use any other company. Customer for life :-)
I purchased a trailer hitch for my 2013 Nissan Rogue and a Thule TH934XTR Bike Rack. I was worried initially about the trailer hitch installation due to the age of my car. Once I got started with the install I realized I would need to utilize all of the tricks shown on the website for cleaning out the bolt holes. So I purchased the battery terminal cleaner for 4 dollars from a local car parts store and made my own tap from an existing bolt that I removed from the underside of the car prior to attempting to install the hitch. The homemade tap worked awesome and took care of three heavily rusted holes. I made sure that the bolts would hand tighten all the way prior to starting the installation of the hitch. I did use quite a bit of WD-40. The hitch installation then took about 5 minutes once the holes were cleaned out. It looks great and fit perfectly. The bike rack took about 5 minutes to assemble and install and I pre-fitted my three bikes on the rack so that once we need to use it, it will be all set to load up. The rack works well for my bikes. I was very happy with the standard shipping as it only took 3 days to be delivered. I would recommend both the hitch and the rack for anyone interested in purchasing one.

Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Excellent product; easy to install & easy to mount & remove my 2 bikes on the rack; very sturdy rack & the delivery was expeditious (ordered it Monday, got it Thursday).
I bought the S64650 Bike rack and the 75902 Trailer hitch for my 2017 Rogue. First, the product information provided for these, and all, products is fantastic. There is almost so much information, it is sometimes hard to choose the right product. They all seem very good. I also found the hitch installation video to be a great help. I watched it a couple of times and then watched bits of it during the installation. The install went exactly as described in the video. Extremely helpful. I am also happy with the bike rack. Easy to put together, and my first trip out with the bikes was uneventful. Seemed solid. I will say that putting the bike on the track closest to the car requires a bit of care, since it is so close to the vehicle. However, I found that if you put the "hold down" arm for the inside bike on the top, then I can simply slide it off and more easily lower the bike into the tracks. Then put the arm back and and push it down to secure the bike. Much easier than trying to maneuver the bike around the arm and into the track without hitting the vehicle. I will need to get some racks for our kayaks soon, and will definitely use etrailer again.

Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
I must tell you, my excellent rating is based on the ease of putting the unit together, and how simple it was to attach to my Nissan Rogue. It is perfect for two bikes, even my wifes step through with a slant bar. But that's about all I can say, as the weather in the Northeast, and here in Buffalo, has been so crappy, the unit has done nothing but sit in my garage for 3 weeks! I'm sure it will be GREAT when I can use it, as I did a test ride of about 5 miles on pothole filled streets, and the bikes and rack were absolutely solid! I hope to get the rack in action before July. Joking...sort of!
Great rack. I needed a rack that would fit a Nissan Rogue. I'm a pickup guy and I've always had fork-mount racks in the past so using this rack was new territory for me Good value when compared against Yakima or Thule. Durable and easy to install. Fits all my bikes. I can only think of a couple things that I don't like with this rack. I own multiple bikes, mountain, cyclocross and road. It is challenging to adjust the rack back and forth between the three frame styles. I have put hash marks on the rack for each bike to make the adjustments repeatable but it still takes some work to make them fit. Also bear in mind that tires wider than 2.5 may give you trouble fitting in the hoops. They make a hoop for fat bike tires but it is not as robust as the stock hoops on this rack. I would buy this rack again or recommend it to a friend. Etrailer was a dynamite company to deal with and I look forward to using them in the future.

Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
I got this for my 2018 Nissan Rogue as it sets far away enough from the hitch. Comes assembled which is nice Have used it without any problems Service at etrailer is good too
First, I have to compliment etrailer on their excellent customer service. I submitted a question about a different rack and received a thorough reply. The rack arrived faster than I expected, but it was the wrong one. No big deal. With a simple 10 minute phone call the correct one was on the way. It arrived just as fast. Now to the rack. It came fully assembled. All I had to do was put the stabilizer bolt in. Very small. No big deal. The rack slid right in. I loved the hitch bolt. It slowed the process a tad , but it made it a lot sturdier. I have a Nishiki Alamosa with a 22 inch frame and 27.5 inch tires. This bike is not small. It was no trouble getting it on and strapped down. The thick rubber straps were great. I also purchased 2 soft ride hook and loop tire downs to keep the front tire straight. The ride was smooth. Plenty of ground clearance. No worries there. Did it shake any? Of course when I hit a bump it did a little. Unloading the bike and removing the rack was quick and easy. Overall after only one trip with this rack I am thoroughly satisfied. It was perfect. It's only about 10 miles to the trail so I didn't need anything more.

Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier - Trunk Mount
Bought this to transport my children's bicycles; for the smallest bike (6 year olds) the bike is too small to fit on this properly; fortunately its also small enough to put inside our Nissan Rogue, so not the end of the world. For my 8 year old it just fits and its fine for my adult bike. I keep the rack on all the time as it doesn't get in the way when not in use, and attaches very solidly. My only other comment would be I am a short small person, and its a struggle to get the bikes attached. The strap system was definitely designed for someone with bigger stronger hands, so its unnecessarily frustrating. Overall it does what I need it to.
Thule passage 3 bikes carrier is an amazing product. I love the product design, quality and easy to install for use.

Saris Bones 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms
Seemingly well-constructed and supported bike rack. It fits my 2018 Toyota Camry SE just fine and I haven't had any issues with sway or even feeling my bike while driving. I've only carried one bike on it and have used it a limited number of times, so I cannot speak on durability and longevity. Although you shouldn't open your trunk while the rack is attached, I have been able to do so with no issue (without the bike attached).
While getting a bike rack for a sports car isn't ideal, I really wanted to transfer my bike with my own car instead of borrowing my friend's pickup truck. After hours of trying to find a bike rack that would be good for my 07 Mustang, I decided to give this one a try and I gotta say, it has been pretty good so far. It fits very well over the factory spoiler. One of my biggest concerns I was worried about when ordering a rack for my Mustang was ruining the paint, but the feet on the legs haven't left one scratch. I have used this to transfer my bike at freeway speeds (up to 80 mph) on car rides that typically last an hour and my bike was perfectly secure throughout each ride. For extra security, I wrapped both bike wheels with a ratchet strap so the wheels and pedals wouldn't shift in transit. So far, I am very pleased with this bike rack for the price and quality. I would highly recommend this if you want a rack that is affordable and durable.

Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Truly grooving on my wife's new Swagman Chinook bike rack. She wanted to be able to transport her nice road bike easily without throwing it in the back of her car, and since a roof rack is out of the question, this Swagman model fit the bill perfectly. It arrived quickly on the anticipated date. Kudos to etrailer.com for the email updates to keep me informed of my purchase. Within one hour, it was installed on my wife's 2014 Mazda3 hatchback. The Swagman is heavy and solid, which is reassuring as it makes me feel confident that it will keep the bikes secure. It also makes me feel like I got my money's worth. A ratchet wrench and Phillip's head screwdriver were the only tools required for the easy install. I did my research before purchasing the Chinook model as I was also eyeballing a very similar Thule rack that was slightly more expensive. I spoke with an etrailer.com expert who gave me the lowdown on both models. Ultimately, the Swagman won out because it has a smaller 'footprint' while extended or folded up ... and also can tilt away from the car for easy access to the hatchback area. Very convenient! FYI: Mazda doesn't make a trailer hitch for the Mazda3 as it's a small car with a small engine and has no business towing anything. Thankfully, the Curt company makes an aftermarket frame and trailer hitch that fits the Mazda3 hatchback perfectly with no drilling. Stupidly, I purchased it from another online company thinking I was getting a good deal. Turns out etrailer.com had it for less with FREE shipping. Oh well ... live and learn. Now I know that etrailer.com is one-stop shopping for bike racks AND trailer hitches. (Full disclosure: I had the garage down the street install the frame as it's easier with a lift) Only snafu: the shipment contained an extra set of keys that I assumed was for the hitch bolt lock (there was also a set of keys on the bolt itself). I spent 15 minutes using those keys trying to figure out how to remove the lock from the bolt to install it on the hitch. The keys just wouldn't turn in the lock. I called etrailer.com and Kevin told me to try the other set of keys ... and they worked. So an extra set of keys came with it that did absolutely nothing ... weird! Obviously, I can't speak to the longevity and durability of the Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack as I just installed it. What I can speak to is the sturdiness of it, the ease of the installation and my complete satisfaction with the good folks at etrailer.com.
I ordered the Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack on line from etrailer and so far have been very satisfied. The bike rack was delivered in less than a week. Unpacking the rack and assembly was fairly straightforward. I have read some reviews that complained the assembly instructions were a bit vague. I didn't have a problem but can see where others without a mechanical background get confused. The rack is very sturdy, but there is some side to side play in the tilt mechanism. I'm not sure this can be avoided with a rack that folds down. Installing the Curt trunk stabilizing strap takes most of the sway out of the rack. Installation is fairly easy and quick. It takes me 6 - 7 minutes to install the back on my hitch, and to install the bike and be ready to drive away. That seems reasonable to me. So far I've only loaded 1 bike. I've included pictures of my installation on a 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 sedan. Clearance between the bikes, the rack and the car are good. With the bike loaded in the inside, most forward position, I have 6" clearance between the pedal and the bumper. With the bike removed, the center support folded flat and the rack folded up in the storage position, I have 4" clearance between the closest part of the bike rack (the fold down hinge assembly) and the back bumper of the car. I am able to open the trunk of the car without removing the bikes or using the tilt feature, but I do have to remove the stabilizing strap first. Overall, I'm very pleased with the bike rack and think it will serve me much better than my old strap on rack. Since the weather has been cool since getting the bike carrier, I haven't taken any long trips to give it a real workout.

Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Gunmetal Gray
I am very impressed with the quality and it was very easy to put together. Etrailer was awesome and very prompt shipment.
This thing is built like a tank! It is of the best fit and funtion I have seen in a bike rack! Solid as can be, fits my bikes perfectly and looks awesome! Plus it folds completely out of the way to access the rear liftgate on my 2022 Rav4!

Rhino-Rack Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Tilting
Nice bike rack. User friendly lever to release tilt. Perfect bike rack for 2.
I purchased this bike rack a year ago and I use it A LOT. I had to buy and install a stabilizer because without it, the unit would sway back and forth even without a bike on it (very noisy). This makes removal more cumbersome but since I keep the hitch on year round it doesn't matter to me. The tilting function is fabulous allowing easy use of my RAV4 hatchback. I can even tilt it down with a bike on it. I got the 2 bike hitch. Plenty of room for two bikes to fit without rubbing. Lastly, the hitch has a sizable through-hole on the bottom to thread a good sized cable so I can lock my bike up. Sturdy. I highly recommend.

Rola TX-104 4-Bike Rack for 2" Hitches - Tilting
Decent 4-bike rack for the price. Stable side-to-side with the screw-in hitch pin (2 inch receiver version). Gets some fore-aft rocking over bumps at speed (inherent to the tilting design). Bikes need bungee cords to keep them from swinging (typical for this style of rack). I used this with two bikes, and really struggle to see how four full-size bikes could be added. Maybe if seats were removed? I added bumpers and some padding for the vertical post, and will probably relocate the retainer pin lanyard so the rack can be completely collapsed for storage. A few design improvements for 5 star rating would be: 1 - Add some bumpers for the fully lowered position, 2 -Add some padding on the vertical post for bike contact or accidental vehicle hatch lifting when in the raised position, 3 - Mount the retainer pin lanyard to one of the through-bolts or move the lanyard hole - collapsing this rack chews up the retaining lanyard. etrailer.com service was great - well packaged, and quickly shipped!
Excellent service and fast shipping by etrailer. Bike rack itself was easy to put together and install. It came in with a few scratches. It works well with large bikes. Slight problems started with the smaller bikes. The rack's arms are wide enough to accommodate the bikes, but the slides are not designed for smaller frames. If you have smaller bikes you might have to purchase the bike frame adapter bar for each bike. It's not a huge problem for us since the kids are growing up fast and soon they will have to graduate to the large frame bikes. In the mean time I will have to use extra straps to hold them together.

Swagman XTC4 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
This is a very nice piece of hardware for what I need. I wanted a carrier built well enough to haul 4 bikes several hundred miles without damage. I also was impressed that it gives a little extra clearance at the back, because of how it angles up from the pavement. I am using this unit with a Nissan Rogue, and my U-Haul hitch doesn't come out quite far enough to allow it to swing into the upright position. I emailed etrailer for a solution, and their answer was extremely thorough and helpful. (I will need to get a hitch extender with an anti rattle device; I just haven't done that yet.) Dealing with etrailer.com was fantastic. This is a SUPER professional, courteous group to deal with; they're education- and service-oriented. More online businesses should pattern themselves after etrailer's model. You can't help but want to do more business with them!
So far I’ve just assembled it and took a quick test drive around the block. My initial thought is this thing is perfect. It’s super sturdy and easy to use. My only gripe and it’s not fault of the rack, but it’s heavy…
Hollywood Racks Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Nissan Rogue
Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today we are looking at the Hollywood Racks Destination 2 Bike Rack here on our 2018 Nissan Rogue. Now the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack is one of my favorites when it comes to a bike rack that is lightweight and easily storable. So the way this works is that it holds on to your bike at three points, we have one, two straps on the wheel, and then you have this third mounting point, which is the frame clamp. So the frame clamp is kind of cool in its design, in that it can rotate in 360 degrees. So depending on your bike's frame, you can move this clamp up, down, side to side, and even rotate it around.
Yakima HoldUp Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Nissan Rogue
Hey, everybody. Welcome to etrailer.com, I'm Bobby. And today we're taking a look at the Yakima HoldUp 2 bike rack carrier here on our 2018 Nissan Rogue. Now, this is an excellent way of getting a couple of bikes to wherever you guys need to go. Yakima always looking good on the back end here. If you do like that gloss finish, of course, it is looking quite nice for yourself.
Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Nissan Rogue
Hi everyone, it's Evie Angeline here at etrailer. And today we are looking at the Kuat NV 2.0 two bike rack here on our 2018 Nissan Rogue. Now the Kuat NV is one of my favorite bike racks, when it comes to the premium range of bike racks. It has everything you can expect, super heavy duty weight capacity, integrated locks and an extra repair stand, because why not Now we're gonna take a look at one of the features, which is that it can tilt away, to do so you pull this lever right here and just allow it to drop down to a tilt. And you'll want to do that if you wanna access your hatch. So, as you can see here on our Rogue, there is plenty of clearance between our door and our handlebars meaning we can get into our trunk, maybe grab our water, grab our bags, grab our helmets, all without having to take our bike off, which is nice, is convenient, and it gets you out onto the trail a lot faster.
Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Nissan Rogue
Hi, everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today we are looking at the Kuat Transfer v2 Two Bike Rack here on our 2018 Nissan Rogue. Now, the Kuat Transfer is one of the affordable bike racks that has the features you would expect in a premium bike rack. It's one of my favorites because of its unique goalpost design that allows you to step into the bike rack and mount and dismount your bike very quickly. So let's take a look at one of the features of the bike rack, which is that you can tilt it away. So just step on this lever, and let it drop down to a tilt, and you'll want to do this if you wanna access your hatch. So as you can see here on our Rogue, as we open up our hatch, it looks like it comes close, but there's definitely still clearance between our door and our handlebars, meaning we can get into our trunk, maybe grab our helmets, grab our water, grab our bags without having to take our bike off.
Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Nissan Rogue

Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Nissan Rogue
Colin: Hey guys. I'm Colin here at etrailer and today we have a 2018 Nissan Rogue. We're going to a test with it with Thule Helium Pro three bike hanging style rack. Now this is going to be able to allow you to haul up to three bikes to and from your destination. It's going to grip your bike by the frame. We're going to have two straps on the top two with our third strap being down here on the anti-sway (silence) bike.
RockyMounts Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Nissan Rogue
Hey guys, today we have a 2018 Nissan Rogue, and we're going to do a test fit of the RockyMount's West Slope two bike platform rack. Now this is a platform rack that mounts to the hitch receiver of your Rogue. Allows you to carry two bikes to and from your destination. What's kind of cool about this design is it's got a tier style loading system. Meaning that the first bike, which is the one we have loaded, is going to sit lower than the second bike will. Again, you can definitely see that height difference.
Kuat Roof Basket Review - 2018 Nissan Rogue
Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Nissan Rogue, we're going to be test fitting the Kuat Vagabond X Roof Cargo Basket and Bike Rack, part number VX201. This measures 52 inches long by 41 inches wide, so that's a pretty decent surface area to store your camping gear, your sporting goods equipment, or your luggage, to free up some space inside your Rogue; and it also has two fork mounts up at the front here, so you can carry up to two bikes on your cargo basket while you travel as well.It does offer an extension piece that will go into the center here, and you can find that on etrailer.com as well. This has a carrying capacity of 160 pounds, which you always want to double check with the vehicles manual to make sure your roof can take those weights. It also has a nice aerodynamic shape to it, and that, coupled with the fairing up at the front here, that's going to help cut down wind noise and drag while you drive, and this is really nice compared to some of the other cargo baskets that have just the flat front here.So let's go ahead and show you how the last connection point goes into place. Set everything in place here. We'll start by placing our metal bracket on top of our plastic mount, and this is what sits in between the basket and the roof rack system.
Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Nissan Rogue
Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Nissan Rogue, we're gonna be taking a look at the Kuat Transfer two bike rack, part number TS02G. We're gonna be able to carry up to two bikes on our bike rack. It is a platform style, so we're not gonna have to worry about any frame kind of tech on our bike. And one thing that we all reign in to is we get where we're going and we forget something inside the hatch of our car. Well the nice thing about our Transfer is we're gonna be able to tilt our bikes away while still on the rack. And the U-shaped design is gonna make it a lot easier to get in to load and unload your bikes, and we're gonna have a foot lever here that we can put our foot on it and the bikes will tilt down.
What our customers are saying:
