Yakima FatCat Ski and Snowboard Racks Review - 2015 Toyota RAV4

Today on our 2015 Toyota Rav 4, we have our Yakima FatCat 6 Locking Rooftop Ski and Snowboard Carrier, part number Y03088. We have our front one installed already and I'll show you how the back one installs. They both install the same way, so you just do the same thing on the front. I'll just hook that on there, and step up into my car. Have that open. On this particular roof rack, I did have to extend the strap out, I used this red knob, just turn it back and forth to loosen and tighten it, depending on which rack you have. I'll hook this up in the slot and then I'll flip it backwards. That tightens the strap around the rack, and then I'll go up here on top, got this little tab here, we'll tighten it down, and lock it in place.

Whispbar Ski and Snowboard Racks Review - 2015 Toyota RAV4

Today in our 2015 Toyota RAV4, we're doing a test-fit of the WhispBar Locking Ski and Snowboard Carrier. Part number: WB-300. These carriers hold up to six skis or four snowboards. We've already got our front one on, we're just going to show you how to load up the back one. We'll just take our back half and slide it onto our crossbars. Just rests in there. We'll step up into our vehicle and open up the top, here. Now, we've got this red knob, that's going to loosen and tighten the strap down here.
