Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, we're doing a test-fit of the CURT 24x60 Cargo Carrier. That part number is C18152. Now, this is designed to work with 2" hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. We already have this installed. We're going to start off with a few measurements. First thing, our ground clearance is going to be about 20-1/4".

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, we're doing a test fit of the Curt 20x48 cargo carrier, part number C18110. Now this is designed to work with both 1 1/4" and 2" hitches and has a 300 pound weight capacity. It's going to be one of our lighter weight carriers, so it's easy to insert and take out of your hitch. We're going to start off with our ground clearance. We're going to have about 19 3/4". Overall to our vehicle, we're adding about 25", and our closest point's going to be about 5". Now on our Traverse, we do have an exhaust that's going to be on our passenger side.



Stromberg Carlson Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Traverse

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, we're doing a test fit of the Stromberg Carlson 23 by 60 cargo carrier. That part number is CC-100. Now, this is designed to work with two-inch hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. First thing we're going to do is take a few measurements here. Our ground clearance is going to be first. To the bottom our bolt way down here underneath the carrier, we're going to have about 15 3/4 inches.

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, we're doing a test fit of the Maxxtow 48 by 21 cargo carrier. That part number is MT70422. This has a weight capacity of 500 pounds and is designed to work with two-inch hitches. The first thing we're going to do while it's on our vehicle is take a few measurements. Our ground clearance here is going to be first. We're going to have about 17 inches of clearance.



Lets Go Aero Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Traverse

Today, on our 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, we're doing a test fit of the Lesko Arrow Gear Cage, HCR 222 Cargo Carrier. It has a 300 pound weight capactiy, is 48" x 32", and designed to work with our 2" hitches. We've already got this loaded up on our vehicle, first thing we're going to do is take a few measurements here. Our ground clearance is going to be first, to the bottom of our carrier, we're going to have about 16 1/4" there, overall to the back of our vehicle, we're going to have about 39 3/4", and our closest point is going to be about 5 1/2" away. With our Traverse, we have a single, passenger-side exhaust here. It's up under our fascia, and it comes straight down at the ground, so you shouldn't have to worry about carrying any heat-sensitive materials on your carrier since it does come straight towards the ground there. If we check our hatch break over point here, we've got that automatic hatch, so it's going to open up, but we're not going to make any contact with the carrier, which is great. We close this up a bit, we can check our break over point with our platform.

Our ground clearance is going to be first. We have about seventeen and three quarter inches of clearance. Overall to our vehicle, we're adding about thirty one and a half inches.

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, we're doing a test fit of the Carepod 23x47 Walled Cargo Carrier. That part number is M2205. This is a folding 450 pound weight capacity, 2" hitch adaptable cargo carrier. I already have it on our hitch. The first thing I'm going to do is take a few measurements here. Our ground clearance is going to be first.



Hollywood Racks Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Traverse

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Traverse we will be doing a test fit of the Hollywood Racks cargo carrier. This cargo carrier is best used with your SE and your SE2 bike racks, part number HR1400 and HR1450. On the vehicle now we have part number HR1450. This is going to be part number HR1485 and it's going to be your 55" long by 15-1/2" wide cargo carrier. It does come with the stand-alone option for your 2" receivers. This will just be removed today.

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Traverse we are going to be doing a test fit of a Maxxtow Cargo Carrier. This is going to be 27" x 47". It does have a 60" pivoting ramp, a solid and sturdy aluminum construction with a 500 pound weight capacity. It does come with your 2" shank for your 2" hitches only, as well as your anti-wobble and rattle device. Your hitch pin and clip are included with this and it's going to be part number MT70275. Let's get it fitted onto our Traverse that we have here today. Insert your shank into your receiver and line up your pin holes.



SportRack Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Traverse

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Traverse we're going to be doing a test fit of the Sport Rack Vista. This is going to be your folding model with a 20 by 60" cargo space, steel construction, with a 500 pound weight capacity. It will be part number SR9851. It does come with a 2" shank for your 2" hitches, and an anti-rattle bolt to help reduce a lot of the sway and rattle. Go ahead and get it fitted into our Traverse that we have here today. First step is to insert the shank into the receiver and line up your pinholes. Once you have your pinholes lined up, insert that anti-rattle bolt and thread it in as far as you can by hand.



SportRack Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Traverse

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Sport Rack Vista Cargo Carrier. This is going to be your 20x60 steel constructed 500 pound weight capacity cargo carrier. It has a 2 inch shank for your 2 inch hitches and part number SR9849. This rack also does come with your anti rattle bolt to help prevent a lot of the sway and rattle which I will show when we do the test fit. Let's go ahead and put it on the vehicle. First step is going to be to insert the shank into your receiver and line up your pin holes. Once you have your pin holes lined up, you'll take that anti rattle bolt which will look like this and insert that into the hole.
