Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Hanging Style
The directions was a little complicated to attach to the vehicle. Incorrect installment caused dents to my new bike. After multiple attempts and YouTube videos I was able to attach both bikes correctly.
Fits our Chevy Equinox perfectly. Easy to attach and detach. Straps that secure bikes to the rack are beefy and straightforward. Going down bumpy roads, our bikes have never been more secure.

Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Great bike rake! We bought it when we got into biking and have been very pleased with it. Only takes a few minutes to put together out of the box. folds up to stay compact or down to access your back hatch. I was a little worried when we bought it that it would stick out further then out vehicle (Chevy Equinox) but it fits it very well. We moved 1,200 miles with both bikes on this rack and had no issues. We keep our rack on all year long and the only wear it shows is a few surface rust spots on the upright post. I spray down the upright post and the ratcheting components every couple months to keep the components working well and to get rid of the mentioned surface rust.

Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
This is a great rack. Easy assembly. Easy installation. The bike doesn't move. I drove over three hundred miles with the bike on it the first time I used it. Never moved. The locking hitch bolt means I don't have to worry about someone taking it when I'm not around. The people at etrailer were great about letting me know when it was shipped and following up with me about how everything was when it was received. I will definitely do business with them again.
Best rack on the market as far as I'm concerned. I only got to use it a couple of times before replacing the Chevrolet Equinox with a Smart Car. So it sits in my garage unused

Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches
An outstanding hitch bike rack. It was easy to assemble and intall. etrailer made is simple to order. I am very satisfied and look forward to Future car trips with our bikes
Good bike rack for car. Very sturdy. Nice it has a pin and clip for the top and bottom of the back rack so you can lower the arms without using bolts. The only downside and its nothing major is the anti sway bars that are shown in the directions and also on the box are not the ones that come with the kit. The ones in the directions and on the box have two holders on each side where the strap goes into, but the ones that come with the kit only have one set of holders. Not a big deal, the image one the web page shows what came with the rack.

Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
Very easy to use.. I put an extra strap around center of bike frames and there is very little movement in this rack..
Easy to assemble but don't call it assemble. It was one bolt. Holds the bikes great. Worth the purchase. Fast shipping and great communication. Etrailer knows customer service. I have purchased a few items here and perfect each time. What a world it would be if every company focused on service and value for their customer! Don't laugh!! Buy something and you will see what I am talking about

Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms
Perfect for my 2019 RAV-4. I like this product because it allows me to drive and park without having to worry about height clearances in the city and parking was still navigable. Definitely worth the money!
First, etrailers.com is the BEST! Okay, this rack is amazing. If it was made in the U.S.A, I believe it would be closer to $ 800.00+, it's not, thus the incredible price point, imo. Incredible craftmanship, sturdy, versatile, nice to look at, as well. Very detailed instructions included. Fits my 2015 Prius 4 perfectly. Our beach cruises both required adaptor bars. I opted to wait on the bike rack, to ensure a good fit, etc. then purchase the adaptor bars. After much research, I went with Delta adaptors, I wish etrailers.com carried them, but they do not. Nevertheless, this rack is tops, highly recommend. Thank you for reading!

Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount
Works well for transporting two 29" wheeled mountain bikes. However, after one year it's starting to rust in several areas (see attached photos), and the front wheel arms are becoming increasingly difficult to raise and lower. Finally the locking cable is extremely rusty as you can see in the attached photo. I'm not sure how durable this rack will be long term.
We have had this bike rack for one year and use it every week-end. My wife has a Trek e-bike (52 lbs) and I have a regular Trek hybrid (23 lbs). The rack is very sturdy and I have no issues driving at highway speeds, there is no movement of the bikes. Very easy to load and unload.

Another successful shopping trip to “etrailer.com”. The bike rack is cooler than I expected, and arrived a day early. I have had several very good shopping experiences at etrailer, thank you all.

Swagman XTC4 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
So far I’ve just assembled it and took a quick test drive around the block. My initial thought is this thing is perfect. It’s super sturdy and easy to use. My only gripe and it’s not fault of the rack, but it’s heavy…
If you've done any research or read any of the other comments on either this rack, or this seller...rest assured they really are as good as everyone says! I ordered my rack on around 4pm est on a Friday afternoon and within an hour I received an email that said they have shipped my product AND upgraded to priority shipping. Can't say enough positive things about the customer service! When the rack arrived, it took me a little over half an hour to get it set up. Probably would e been faster if I were even slightly mechanically inclined (or if didn't I didn't have to borrow a socket wrench from my neighbor). We finally had an opportunity to load up the bikes and head out for a ride today. As others have said, the first time you load up your bikes, it's kind of like a puzzle to get them situated. Took about 15 minutes. This rack is awesome! Very sturdy and the bikes were very secure. Only racks I have had in the past were rooftop fork mount racks. This is so much easier! On e we got to the trail (over an hour drive) getting the bikes off was a piece of cake. Afterwards, it was time to load them back up and it was less than 5 minutes to get them all on and ready to hit the road. There were other 4-bike racks on the website, but this one had enough great reviews that I felt comfortable making the purchase. After the fact, I'm very glad I did! I can't imagine the $800 rack can be that much better than this, and I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a 4-bike platform rack. I will definitely recommend this rack and etrailer.com to everyone I know.
Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Chevrolet Equinox
Speaker 1: Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Equinox we're going to be test fitting the Thule DoubleTrack Pro 2-bike platform rack for 1-1/4" and 2" hitches, part number TH9054. We already have our bike installed on the rack. Let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. How the bike is attached to the rack, we're going to have three points of contact. We'll have two straps on either wheel and then we'll have this frame clamp up at the top. It can go on top or below like you see here.
Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Chevrolet Equinox
Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, we're doing a test fit of the Thule Roadway Hanging Style Two Bike Rack. That part number is TH912XTR. Now, we already have our bike secured down. We're first going to show you how we do that. We have two cradles in place for three straps, two on our frame and one as our anti-sway strap. We're going to start by releasing these.
Saris Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Chevrolet Equinox
Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, we're doing a test fit of the Saris Bones hitch mounted 2-bike rack. That part number SA882. Now, we already have our bike secured down. We're first going to show you how we do that. You have three cradles in place or three straps in place rather, two on our frame here just up top and then we have one as our anti-sway strap. With those released, we can pull our bike off and set it off to the side.
Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Chevrolet Equinox
Today our 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, we're test fitting the Thule Vertex Swing. This is a swing-away, folding 4-bike style rack, hanging style. It's been designed for use on 2 inch hitches. The part number is TH9031XT. One of the new additions to the rack is going to be the cable. It comes right back here to the rear of the mast arm. This is going to help us to secure our bikes in place.
Saris Freedom Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Chevrolet Equinox
Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, we're taking a look at the Saris Freedom. This is a platform style folding and tilting forward bike rack. They designed it for use with two inch hitches. The part number for it is S-A-4-4-1-4-B. Now, first and foremost, a really cool thing about the rack, even with bikes loaded, we're going to be able to tilt this right out and away from our car. Simply pull the safety pin down there at the bottom and then we'll push the grey lever here in the rear and allow that to tilt right down. It's interesting to note and good to note that it's not going to make contact with the ground when you're setting on a level surface, so we'll get full extension of that rack until it's lowered position. Looks like then we'll have all the room we need to get our rear hatch door open here.
Saris Thelma Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Chevrolet Equinox
Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Equinox we're going to be doing a test fit on the Saris Thelma. This is a platform-style 3-bike rack. It's been designed for use with the 1-1/4" or with 2" hitches. Part number on it is SA4239B. Now the nice thing about the Thelma, holds our bike onto the rack with no contact with the frame at all. We use a very nice large wheel hoop here on the backside, a wheel cradle on the bottom and a strap to hold that in.
Kuat NV Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Chevrolet Equinox
Today, on our 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, we're taking a look at the Kuat NV. We're going to test fit it and see how it shapes up against the vehicle. What this is is a platform-style folding and tilting 4-bike rack designed for use in 2-inch hitches. The part number on it is N105-107. Overall, the Kuat does a great job of securing our bike in two ways. We've got a nice heavy duty cable that's going to run from one end over here to the other, connects right in the middle. It allows us to really work it in like we've got it here, through the frame of the bike, through the rim of the bike.
Curt Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Chevrolet Equinox
Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Equinox we're taking a look at the CURT premium folding and tilting 4-bike rack. They've designed this so we can use it with 2" hitches. The part number on it is C18064. Now the CURT rack is going to hold our bike in position with three straps. We've got two for our frame up top here and then an anti-sway cradle in the back. Helps to prevent some of that bike movement forward and back, keeping it from hitting other bikes or maybe going up and hitting that mast. Now they're easy to remove.

Saris Bike Porter Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Chevrolet Equinox
Speaker 2: Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, we are going to be doing a test fit on the Saris bike Porter, this is a folding and tilting four bike rack, it has been designed for use with 1 1/4 or 2 inch hitches. The part number on it is SA404B and we also have this available in the two bike if you'd prefer, part number on that is SA402B. To begin our test fit we need to slide the shank of our rack into the receiver tube of our hitch. We'll line up our pin hole with our hitch pin hole. With those in line we've got a standard anti rattle bolt that is provided and we are going to thread that on through. We do this from the driver to the passenger side and then once we've got it hand tight you'll notice there is still some movement and some play there that we are going to have to deal with, we'll bring in our wrench, tighten that on down and our clip that is dropped, that is going to be the clip that is provided and we just slide that in the end of the bolt there.

The part number on it is SA4025. To begin our test fit we just slide the shank of the rack right into the receiver tube of our hitch. We'll then line up our threaded hole with our hitch pinhole. With those in line I'll take the bolt that is provided from Saris; we're going to thread that in from the driver side on over to the passenger side.
