Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System
This backup camera is excellent quality and super easy to install. The pre-wired plug made it simple to install to the existing trailer harness. Routing the cable was easy following existing framework and cables. I had plenty of wire to be able to mount the display in the center of the dashboard. The image quality is amazing.
I bought this back up camera for my 2005 Chevy Tahoe for the sole purpose of hitching up to my trailer. It has met all my expectations beginning with ease of installation. Best of all, in hitch mode, the hitch ball and trailer coupler are displayed. No more getting in and out or banging into the coupler. Just back up until the ball is directly under the coupler. Get out once and hook it up. It's great when a product delivers!

Rampage Wireless Backup Camera for Smartphone or Tablet - iOS
I needed something to back my tow vehicle up to my travel trailer and to then be able to attach to the trailer when I am backing into a campsite. This fits the bill perfectly. Very easy to set up and very clear picture. The app that has to be downloaded has many good features. Etrailer's shipping was fast, the tracking information is great. They have become my go-to source for everything I need for this new camper.
Worked great to line up my hitch ball and trailer coupler when I was ready to leave camp. Just have to remember to remove it from tailgate before pulling out.

Swift Hitch Digital Wireless Hitch Alignment Camera and Monitor - Night Vision - 8-Hr Camera Battery
I often have to hitch my 30 foot gooseneck trailer alone and the Swift Hitch is an awesome tool. It's quick and easy to do a once aggravating chore.
The signal from the camera drops off when the receiver is more than 3-5 feet from the camera. Will be returning it.

Rear View Safety G-Series Backup Camera System
Still happy with my purchase after one year. It is a quality item I installed in a 2009 Honda Pilot for which install I wrote a guide on the Pilot forums. Cheers!
No problems. Works as advertised. I use to have a wireless camera, but that would disconnect now and then, or pick up some ones security camera when driving by. Wired connections are the way.

VueSMART RV and Trailer Backup Camera - Wireless - Universal Mount - 152-Degree View
Didn't work as promised, led light always came on annoying people following, Suburban towing 24' trailer didn't work. Tried contacting Hoppkins no reply. I would not recommend, as a rear view camera ok just remember to turn off led lights as if your actually using it you will as when there on it is almost unusable.
Camera resolution is very good, but antenna is too short to broadcast through my 21' camper to my iPhone 14 Pro Max . . . I had to purchase a wired game antenna mounted on front of air conditioner to get reliable Wi-Fi signal (most of the time). Installation was fairly easy.

Hopkins Backup Sensor System - Audible Alert - License Bracket Mount
I was looking for something that was very pleasing to look at it and this fill the bill. Easy to install with plenty of instruction and lots of video examples. I already have a back up camera but needed something that alert with sound and it works great so far.
Well! It's with great coincidence that it stop working last week. Worked fine and now has stopped! This is our second one which lasted 8 years...traded with car! I now have to remove the back of our 2022 Chevy Trax to see what's going on!

Hopkins Rear View Camera with Backup Sensors - 2-1/2" LCD
I just recently purchased and installed the hopkins camera HM60195VA and say I love it. It's an easy install for my dodge challenger and helps out beyond words when backing up. The install only took about an hour and if your not really looking you can't tell there is a camera there. The wiring was simple and plenty long enough and the monitor looks like it belongs there. I highly recommend this set up.
Works great, especially for hooking up my trailer. Was a easy install, good instructions. The only thing I needed extra was zip ties for attaching the cable to the frame. Installed it on a 2000 Ford, F-150 Harley Davidson edition.

Rear View Safety G-Series Backup Camera System - Auto Dimming
Still happy with my purchase after one year. It is a quality item I installed in a 2009 Honda Pilot for which install I wrote a guide on the Pilot forums. Cheers!
I bought this because my daughter and I had both backed the truck into the camper parked in the driveway. So far, it has worked for its purpose. It does not work as well as the factory setup in my Ford Escape. The main problem is seeing the image in the rear view mirror when the sun is bright. I also need to put on my reading glasses to see the image clearly (if I could drive with the seat back another 3 inches I would be fine). The auto-dim feature of the mirror works great. After the initial install, I moved the camera from over top of the license plate to the bottom of the bumper beside of the hitch receiver, having cut a notch in some of the plastic trim so it would not block the view. That was a huge improvement. When installing on a mid 2000s Ford Superduty, there are some good videos online for removal of the A-pillar trim and grab handle. There is a wire under the dash related to PTO functionality that provides power only when the key is switched on that you can use to power the unit. Run the cable to the camera under the sill plates (these are in the bottom of the door opening) to the back of the cab before exiting to the underside of the truck. Coil the excess wire here and zip tie it. When having major engine work done, point this wire out to the mechanic in case he has to lift the cab to do the work -- there will be enough extra wire to allow him to do this without disconnecting anything.

Rear View Safety Backup Camera System - Mirror with Monitor - Flush Mount Backup Camera
The camera is of high quality, as is the rearview mirror and monitor. I did have to return the first mirror because the bracket didn't match my 2013 Ram 1500's windshield mount, even though it was listed as a universal fit. The Ram has a triangular type fitting. I tapped into the reverse light wiring for power. l ended up having to replace the incandescent reverse light bulbs with LED bulbs because the monitor image flickered badly until I installed the LEDs. I think this was because the BCM (Body Control Module) got confused with the additional power draw. Since then the camera and monitor have worked flawlessly. It provides a great view behind the truck, even at night. Because of the placement on the bumper it doesn't have a good view of the hitch ball, but I don't tow very often. Overall I have been very pleased and feel that the camera is well worth the price.
Outstanding parts knowledge and a high quality products!

Rear View Safety Wireless Hitch Camera
The camera worked perfectly the first time. I used it but two days later, nothing. The battery was dead. Next time, same thing. I made sure it was powered off and I even removed battery. Reinstalled battery, powered on and only got still shot of myself. Placed it on tailgate and nothing at all. By the instructions I have done everything correctly. Not working for me at all.
Other than a factory install this is the best option for a cargo camera. The only hitch was that the magnetic mount does not stick to the new Ford aluminum bodies. I mounted a steel plate to the bed cover and once it is folded up place the camera on it. I have a 5th wheel hitch and it is in a perfect position for hitching the trailer.

Rear View Safety Backup Camera System - Mirror Monitor - License Plate Mounted Camera
My wife rode with a friend for lunch who had a new car with a back-up camera. She was really impressed and was talking about buying a new car to replace her 2011 Ford Escape that would have the backup camera. I found a video showing how to install the camera on an Escape by etrailer. I was impressed by the company and bought a unit. It arrived quickly and I was able to install it following the instructions I had watched. It took me a couple of hours to install, the hardest part being fishing the cables to the rear of the car. Once installed it worked great. My wife is very, very happy with the install. She says she is much more confident in parking her car. Thanks a lot. I would, and do recommend etrailer and the back up camera kit.
im very pleased with the product (camera & rear view mirror) takes a little work to get the cables run through your vehicle (f150) and finding a good power source (my problem) had one issue with a cable mfg took care of it over all had it installed for 1 year very happy got it manly for conecting to our travel trailer but use it all the time now

Rear View Safety Backup Sensor System
Overall, the installation went well. The video helped lot. I chose to not use the clips on the console, and mounted it underneath on the top of the bezel around the instrument cluster. The on/off switch was kind of hard to get to, so I incorporated my own switch on the dash. By running a separate ground wire through to the dash to that switch, I was able to achieve this. I use the on off switch when hooked to a trailer. This unit seems to fill my backup sensor needs, without an extra effort to install. Works pretty good too.
great product , a lot less expensive than factory
