A+ for delivery too got my hitch delivered fast to with everything. Keep up the good work

Not long enough to clear my vehicles bumper. etrailer was unhelpful and would not offer a return. This was the product they recommended for my vehicle when placing the order with a receiver and wiring harness
They came through at the most delicate time of our lives. We just layed my brother to rest and had a 750 mile trip back to NC and no one, I mean no one could get me a hitch before I had to leave. etrailer came thru and made things seamless. We are so grateful for them and how easy they made it!

I have all of what is included in this package for my truck, but wanted to have this for the CX5 trailer hitch I just installed on my SUV Crossover.
Just like the hitch, this is a quality product and I would recommend it.
Purchased this product one year ago. It's still holding up without any issues! I would definitely recommend this product. The installation process was about 3 hours being done alone.
The equipment was top rated. I do like the lock option. The only negative I would mention is, for my vehicle, the mechanic needed to weld one side of the attaching tow bar because the dimensions didn't quite match a Toyota RAV4.
The product is great, but I had to flip the ball to get more height. However, I didn't have the proper tools, so I took it to a local auto repair shop. They couldn't get the ball off, and ended up stripping the threads, so I had to buy a new one. It was a bummer, but eventually sorted it out.

They were well packaged and delivered quicker than I expected. You get something extra with your order. What really impressed me was the people. These people clearly LOVE what they do. You get people who actually care, with every order. That's something you can't buy and they give it away with every order.
This is a really nice kit. Came with everything you need and the storage tray is nice for keeping everything organized when you aren't using it.

Everything you need. I would suggest that they explore a different way to package the kit. It's a big chunk of plastic that has no use after the parts are removed.
Great receiver -it was simple to install and fit well. It was installed on a 2023 Mazda CX-50 Turbo Premium.
Put this on my daughter's Forester. She used the kit to move out of my basement, at the tender age of 31, and haul all her stuff back to Indiana to get a new start on adulthood. The kit worked like a champ - less hope things work as well for her.
I had this professionally installed because I don’t have the tools and I am traveling for my job. Bought a camper to live hence needing a hitch. The hitch looks and works great for what I need.
