  • Troubleshooting Fan-Tastic Reversible Roof Vent FV801250 That Squeaks in One Direction
  • My first thought concerning the vent fan being squeaky in only one operating direction is that dust may have found its way into the unit during/after the interior refurbishment process. I am only speculating here, but if for example the fan were operated in outgoing/exhaust mode during the refurb process (when surfaces were being sanded, for example) it could have pulled in material that is causing the noise. The workers might have done this to keep the MH interior as clean as possible...

The Camco Lights Out Retractable Shade # CAM42913 may work if you have a skylight with dimensions similar to the shade's 19" long x 14-1/8" wide. It will install under the skylight and simply screws in. Another option to check out is the Adco Deluxe Solar Vent Cover # 290-7172 which is 18" x 18" and the Camco Sunshield Shade # CAM45191 which is 16" long x 16" wide....

  • Troubleshooting No Power to MaxxFan RV Roof Vent MA00-04000K
  • If you have tested the RV's power and ground wires leading to your MaxxFan Trailer Roof Vent # MA00-04000K and you have a full 12V of power reaching the vent's fan motor then there might be damage to the unit's control circuitry or the motor itself. If you apply a voltmeter like # ALL648349 to your power source wiring and you are not detecting a full 12 volts then it could be an issue with a depleted battery. This vent's motor draws 5-amps in use. If you have a spare battery known...

  • Replacement Ceiling Fan for 5th Wheel Trailer
  • We do not offer a blade replacement kit but there are a number of hugger-style ceiling fans that you can choose from to replace your current fan. You did reference your current fan's blades being 20 inches so I am guessing that you have a 42 inch hugger-style ceiling fan, with the 42 inches being the fan's total diameter (which means if you measure from the end of one blade to the end of the blade across from it you will get 42 inches). If that is the measurement you get then you...
