If you remove the cup from the back of the # 277-000137, you'll see the back cover where the 3 wires pass through. Look at the metal ring around each hole and notice they're all three different colors. Green for ground, silver/white for Neutral and Black for hot. Wire the plug accordingly.

The Furrion 30 Amp Power Inlet part # 431861 is designed to fit a 2 1/2" hole (see Photo). With your hole being 5/16" larger than that it will be close but will work without any issues. you will only have just over an 1/8" of extra hole all the way around and the mounting holes for it are well outside of that. The best option we have for you to install a power inlet inside an existing opening is with the Furrion 30 Amp Power Inlet part # 431861 which requires a 2-1/2" hole. The standard opening size for a power inlet in 2-7/8" so the above is a great option for a smaller opening. Unfortunately, we do not have any power inlets that install into a 2" hole which is very small.
