There is a simple solution to this by adding another 50 foot power cord extension, the Mighty Cord 50' RV Power Cord Extension w/ Finger Grip Handle - 125/250V - 50 Amp # A10-5050EH or # A10-5050EHLED (for an extension with LED lights).

Yes, the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord - 30 Amps - 25' Long # A10-3025EDBK will work great for your application. To be perfectly honest, unless you're pretty knowledgeable when it comes to RV wiring, you'd be well served by having somebody look at your travel trailer.
The discoloration you mention tells me that this has probably been an ongoing problem, and you'd be best off getting it checked out before something bad happens. The power pedestals at RV parks are supposed to be circuit protected, but how well things at RV parks are maintained can vary greatly, as you've likely seen.

I took a look at our inventory, and for a 50 amp female RV hookup to a 30 amp male outlet hookup, the 25'
-Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Adapter # A10-3050EHD, is the longest cable we offer for this type of application.
However, to achieve the length you need, you can plug the Mighty Cord RV Extension Cord # A10-3010EH at the male end of # A10-3050EHD.
This will give you another 10' of length, for a total of 35'. I have also included a couple of review videos for you to check out as well. view full answer...

Then from there you will just need an extension cord like the 25 foot # A10-2514E that will reach to the shore power hookup at the storage facility. This extension uses 14 gauge wire so that would be my recommendation... view full answer...

You can use an extension cord like the MightyCord 50' RV Extension Cord # A10-3050EH , which is the longest cord we have available, but that isn't going to be long enough. The Camco Power Grip RV Temporary Power Cord Extension # CAM55197 referenced in your question will connect to to a standard power source. It sounds like you have a marine-style plug on your RV that you can connect to using a power adapter like the Camco # CAM55522. You will plug the female end of this adapter to your RV plug, and then the Camco Extension mentioned above will connect to the male end.
I have attached a video that demonstrates how these products will work together on your RV. view full answer...
The Mighty Cord 90-Degree Detachable RV Power Cord # A10-3025ED90 referenced in your question will work with your 2011 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8280 Trailer as long as it has 30 amp service. This is most likely the case for your trailer, but you will want to check to ensure that is correct.
A larger trailer will sometimes need 50 amp service, in which case you would use the Mighty Cord # A10-5025ED. view full answer...
It sounds like you will have to insert the end of # A10-5025ED, rotate it to "lock" it into place, and then run the cable up and over the yellow plug and then route the cable down so that the weight is on the other side pulling the plug the opposite direction it would turn if the cable was hanging normally.
The other option is to adjust the plug on the trailer so as to eliminate the issue altogether. This is the first time I have heard of this issue so it could be that the trailer outlet... view full answer...
The Mighty Cord RV Power Cord with Handle # A10-5036EDBK that you referenced weighs about 24 lbs.
I am not sure how small it will coil though as that is not a standard feature that is measured on power cords like this. I can say that you need to make sure not to force the cord when coiling it for storage as that could very well cause some damage.

We do have power cables that meet your 30 amp and 125 volt criteria, however we do not have a 36 inch option for length. I'm not sure why that length is needed, but if you can use a longer cable it is actually more cost effective to use a manufactured length. If you need a precise 36 inch long cable, I recommend you customize a cable to that length using Epicord RV Power Cord with Handle 25' Long Pigtail # 277-000144 and the Mighty Cord Replacement Hardwire RV Plug - Female End # A10-R30VP.... view full answer...
