Hey Brad, for your 2019 Ford Transit Connect Long Wheelbase XLT we only have a larger platform rack option available with the Frontline Runner Slimline II part # FR53FV. This would work really great to carry all the things you mentioned and basically provides full coverage of the roof so you'd be prepared for just about anything you'd need to carry up there! view full answer...
Hey, Luis,
I'll need to know how wide and long of a tray you're wanting to put in the back and how much space is really available. I'm assuming your model has the flat rear cargo area with four tie-down points? Personally, I'd keep the tray within those tie-down points so that you can still use them if needed. Let me know what you measure and what your goal is and I'd be happy to find the right fit. view full answer...
Hey David, it's great to hear from you again!
You can use the Hopkins 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit # 38955, but I honestly like the diodes that come in the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit # RM-154 better. The Roadmaster diodes are just more durable and have better connections than any other diode kit on the market, so I just feel more ease with them.
I know the price difference is a bit much, but it's really up to you which wiring kit you want to go with.

Hi Stuart,
The Front Runner Slimpro Van Roof Rack (117-1/8" long x 57-15/16" wide) # FR62VV, is a great match for your 2019 Ford Transit Connect.
The nice thing is that it installs using the existing holes in your roof, no drilling needed. I’ve attached a couple of images from the instructions that show the process. You’ll just need to remove the rubber plugs in the roof, and then the rack mounts with the included brackets and hardware: 10mm plastic spacers, M8 x 35 button head bolts,... view full answer...

I recommend the Yakima HD roof rack for your 2013 Ford Transit Connect. This will consist of the Crossbars # Y01156, Towers # Y53TR, Adapters # Y03541 and Fit Kit # Y00233. I prefer this option as the bars have a versatile design to accept either track or clamp on accessories plus the endcap has an integrated tie-down point to help secure your cargo. view full answer...
Hi Blaine; I'm not sure what video you saw but the Curt # C13167 does not come with an adapter welded on. What you may have seen is a mounting bracket like the # C57202 along with # 18144 attached. The only hitch we have that comes with a bracket welded on to mount a 4-way or 7-way is the # 75852. view full answer...
Hey Cathleen, so even though your 2019 Ford Transit Connect only has a tongue weight capacity of 200 lbs it's still a good idea to get a 2 inch hitch like the Draw Tite part # 75852 since more hitch accessories are made for 2 inch hitches. view full answer...
