Hi Brad; the Furrion Chill HE # FR32PV worked as a replacement before but we can no longer guarantee compatibility. We found that the majority of the time the plug would line up but the system wouldn't work. Even if it did work, you run the risk of burning up your air distribution box (ADB) and will need a replacement. I am not sure if you meant to type model 4310 or just 310. I am not familiar with a 4310 model but I do know we carry a replacement for a 310 model. That part number is # DMC22YR. That would be a direct replacement for the 310 model.
