Easy install and great fit on my 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac pick-up!
I bought a boat too big for the bumper hitch on my ford sport trac. The hitch bolted right onto the frame my son even helped me with it. I now can tow my boat with ease and confidence. No need to buy a new truck cause I just saved a boatload of cash by getting a new hitch rather than a new truck
Product was as described, everything lined up perfectly and it seems very well made and very strong. Delivery was fast, also. So far I'm very happy with my new hitch and the service from etrailer.

Through no fault of Etrailer arrived late. Had scratches from poor handling (UPS). Installed myself in about 30 minutes. Worked perfectly and looks great. See photo of install on my 2003 Sport Trac. Thanks for the video it helped a lot.
I was very impressed. I ordered a hitch system for a 2001 Ford sport Trac. The unit ordered straight to my frame as per instructions and I had no issues. It was perfect.
Ordered Saturday for my 1994 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. It was at my front door on Wednesday! I took it out of the box, and with my wife's help, had it installed in about 30 minutes using a crescent wrench, socket wrench & torque wrench. Perfect fit, couldn't be happier!

Worked out great. Our only issue was with our truck, not the hitch. The hitch itself installed well, looks great, and is performing without a problem.
The package arrived a day early. It was very simple to install and instructions are easy to follow. The video provided was very helpful as well. Highly recommended. I will be using it to tow a small pop up trailer.
I put it on today by myself, would have been faster with two people. Every thing lined up nice. And looks great, very heavy duty. I put it on a scale. It weighed 43 lb. It's a little close to the rubber on bumper, but no big deal.

I installed this on '02 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. While I didn't set the record for the quickest installation (or even come close), the installation was simple enough. I am pleased with the quality of the hitch; the welds are of good quality and the coating is also good. You can buy a cheaper hitch, but with this one you will feel confident that you have a quality hitch on your vehicle.
I used it to pull a trailer from WI to AZ for a cross country move and couldn't be happier with how it performed.
I purchased this hitch for, and installed it on, my 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. This is a robust, well-made, heavy duty, hitch which was a perfect fit and which has served my towing needs very well. Installation was easy, although I wouldn't recommend installing it by yourself or without the aid of a lift, both of which I did. I would not hesitate recommending this hitch to anyone considering purchasing one for a similar vehicle.

Still working perfectly. It has been used and perhaps abused but is a very sturdy hitch which serves its purpose very well.
Installation looked simple and we almost had it but our bumper was slightly out of alignment. Took it to our local mechanic who had the right tools and it was installed in minutes. We've been using it since then with our Hitch Rider Truckee Switch Rack to haul our recumbent trikes. We wish we had done this sooner! Thanks etrailer for an efficient website and prompt delivery.

Whenever I think about trading in our Sportrac, I remember that we have that great hitch on it! Its working out great for us.
Draw-Tite #75112 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac: The 2 thick spacers (one used on each side) were too wide and had to be trimmed about 3/16" in order to fit properly between the frame and vertical hitch bar. Otherwise the mounting hole would not line up and the bolt would not slide through the opening. Fortunately I had a cut off wheel and was able to remedy the problem. The receiver hitch itself is of good quality.
My hitch got here a day ahead of time and I want to thank you for the quick shipping. This is exactly what I wanted for my Sport Trax. This Curt hitch seems very well built and very sturdy. I would highly recommend etrailer.com products to everyone. Thank you for the great service.

This hitch is awesome, has been used often. It was a great product the day it arrived and now a year later I still highly recommend this hitch.
Oi! She’s a beaut! Does everything I ask her and was easy to install.
I bought a hitch for my Ford Explorer SporTrac from Etrailer, as well as a super little electronic controller for the brakes a year ago The products are super, I have pulled a travel trailer at full rating with out a problem (I started to say I pulled it with out a hitch, but you can imagine those comments.) The products, and service was super from Etrailer!
To the Etrailer gang, ill be looking for hitches for a 74 Chevy pickup, and an 87 Ford Bronco before long, are you guys ready?
The product is the best. The installation was a bit of a pain, but that was because of the way my truck suspension setup. Took about an hour to install.

Its working very good.
This hitch fit my 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT perfectly. The hitch is super solid and very discreet. It went on fairly easy with a little help. Helpful tip: I had to jack one side of the truck slightly to release some pressure from the rear leaf springs which gave me a little more room to fit the hitch into place. I would recommend this hitch.
This resolved an issue I had with my bumper hitch-it wasn't designed to pull a trailer. A trailer rental company told me they could not install a hitch on the Ford Explorer Sport Trac. Not only was the hitch I purchased a good price, but I installed it myself and saved even more. It arrived sooner than I expected and I installed it the same day. I will definitely make your company the go-to company from now on.
