Had to hit one of my rails with a 2 lb sledge just a fuzz to let the tab drop in. The locking tabs are a good idea for the pins. I put my late grandfather’s old classic padlock from his jon boat on one of the tabs. A little nostalgia.

I ordered the Curt Spider Gooseneck Hitch and the Wire Harness for my 2020 f250. WOW is all I can say!!! It was delivered to my door less than 20 hours. The hitch is of great quality and I can not wait to put it to work. I will continue to do business with eTrailer.
I received the hitch in a short amount of time. It fit perfectly on my fifth wheel rails. I towed a tractor the next day and it worked great. I am very pleased with the product.
Great purchase as it has performed perfectly. Allows me to switch between my 5th wheel hitch and gooseneck as needed. Others that have seen it have been impressed also.

Awesome no concerns on ability to do job
it fit our Reese 5th wheel hitch rails perfectly. We hooked our gooseneck 4 horse trailer to it and it pulled just fine.
Arrived sooner than expected. Product is of good quality. Took about two minutes to install.

This system allows for easy change from gooseneck to fifth wheel with just 4 pins.
I have 2 curt 20k fifth wheel hitches. Both slip into the bedrails perfectly. This curt goosneck hitch did not fit the rails perfectly. I had to grind the feet to fit in the rail slot. Other than that it works as expected

I have gotten in contact with the manufacturer and they have confirmed that the 16085 should just into the rails just like the fifth wheel. The 16085 could have been bent, the unit should measure 22” front to back on the pin holes. Do you have any pictures of the fit on this as well?
Simple enough. Does the job. Some movement compared to a solid frame mounted gooseneck.

I bought this gooseneck Hitch back in 2016 I can't say I've used it everyday of the week but I do use it pull a cattle trailer occasionally and I've used it to pull 20,000lbs of silage bales out of the field and it's held up great no stress points or anything showing paint has held up great. It's a very heavy built hitch I would deffenitly recommend it to anyone that has the rails in there truck and is doin pretty stressful towing. It also sits the trailer up a lil higher and I love that really helps with twisting and turns.
I installed this in minutes and it is just what I needed because my travel trailer fits over this hitch at same time so I always have this hitch in truck. It looks good to me also. It is a solid made product so I have no Cons for this unit. I would recommend this for any one that does not want to change his fifth wheel rail type mounts to the expenses hid away hitch to use a goose mount hitch.
Well built and arrived when promised. Fit like a glove, on the rails of my 20 year old F250. If the finish holds up like the Curt bed rails have, I’ll be very plesased
Received my hitch in just a few days, haven’t used it yet. I’m glad products like this exist so I can hook up to a gooseneck. I chose this one because I have curt rails and I like the spring loaded safety chain loops.

I have a fifth wheel hitch already and needed to tow Gooseneck trailers. Was able to use fifth wheel base and mount Gooseneck hitch right to it. Works great.
Sturdy built product. Didnt exactly fall into my rail slots but a few whacks with the BFH while standing on it and it aligned.
Great option for getting a gooseneck ball in truck bought with fifth wheel rails compared to putting whole new ball hitch in. Ordered 2-24 arrived 2-26.
VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE HITCH, AS WAS THE GUY THAT I BOUGHT THE GOOSE NECK TRAILER FROM. I TOLD HIM ABOUT ETRAILER AND HOW GOOD YOUR SERVICE WAS AND PRICES. AND AS ALWAYS THE SHIPPING WAS FAST! THE THING WEIGHS ALOT! I AM GUESSING THAT THE LEGS ARE SOLID STEEL!
THE SPYDER GOOSENECK HITCH WAS RECEIVED FROM ETRAILER VERY QUICKLY. IT ONLY TOOK 5 MIN. TO INSTALL. FIT LIKE A GLOVE. PUT IN PINS AND GOING TO PULL MY 33 FT. CAMPER SOON.
My only complaint is the ball is high off the rails. I purchased a new goose neck trailer. The new trailer has more adjustment on the neck so the hitch works great with it.
Very very pleased worked perfectly with my rail system and is super easy to install. Very fast delivery with just the free delivery ordered on 4/13 and received it 4/17.. only thing i will say is its a little taller then i thought it would be but on a non lifted truck there would be completely no problem my truck does have a lift so does make the trailer sit more unlevel then a flat bed mount would but im still extremely pleased with it... will definitely use this company again for anything i need...

I have used this a great amount of time in the last year. It has been a real blessing and has so much flexibility for us to switch between 5th wheel to goose-neck tow modes. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have the ability to switch back and forth between 5th wheel and goose-neck.
