Jeff: Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this Furrion start capacitor for the 14,500 BTU Furrion Air Conditioner. Now this start capacitor jump starts your Furrion Air Conditioner when a campsite or a generator doesn't provide enough power. This will store in the energy that will later be used for the next start-up, and the relay switch is what'll turn the start capacitor off once the sufficient power has been supplied. It is an easy bolt on installation, and the hardware to install this is not included. You can see at the top all your connections and they are marked.
But that should do it for the review on the Furrion start capacitor for the 14,500 BTU Furrion Air Conditioner.

AC was not blowing cold air so took a shot in the dark thinking it might be the capacitor not starting compressor. Changed it out but still not blowing cold air so must be a cooling issue with compressor, sensors or low refrigerant.

Capacitor was not the issue. So, now I have a back up. The compressor was broke so had to have my RV dealer replace AC unit and upgraded to a 15.5.
