Your ordering and shipping process was perfect. Your price for these little rubber bumpers is stupid ridiculous. If I had a choice, I would have found another manufacturer. Or it could be your pricing is inflationary. Again, I only purchased these little bumpers from you because I had no other choice.

First of all, I am not upset with etrailer. They are great to deal with. This is one of those items that you will need to buy more than once. There is a design flaw that results in cutting through the grommet where it is retained by the base plate that has a sharp edge at the mounting point. To make things worse, you are buying about 50 cents worth of silicone rubber and paying roughly 10 bucks plus shipping... EACH! ... and you will need a few of them. You will need extras since they do not last. Try cleaning without removing the grills. I know, that is a real pain, but it might help these precious little buggers last a little longer. Too bad, the cook top is a very nice piece.
Other than that, they are great!

The part was a perfect match! My stove grate no longer rattles when I put a pot or pan on that burner. Super easy ordering process and received the part in 4 business days. Thanks for the quick turnaround.

I believe the packaging was a bit of an overkill. The envelope that the bumpers were put into would have been enough. The oversized box wasn’t really necessary. I’m sure it would have cut down on the shipping costs also.

Well, I wasn’t certain how many of these little rubber trivets came in a “package”, but assumed there would be 4 or 6 to do the entire rage too (at $x.xx apiece). I ordered 4 because I wasn’t certain, and figured I would keep the extras as spares. Paged arrived - just 4 single rubber grommets for $xx.xx. Feel like I’ve been ripped off.

The part is fine. The charge of $XX.XX each for an $.XX cent part is absurd. At that price I will never order this part from you again but on this occasion I hade no choice.

This item is way overpriced. I contacted Furrion after ordering from etrailer and they responded the price of this item from them is 99 cents and they will ship free. I did get the part in a timely manner from etrailer which was good because I’m a full time RV’er.
