I needed this spring for my Fulton XLT boat winch. I looked everywhere in Canada before checking out etrailer. Korren was terrific in terms of service as I had made a previous order which would not arrive until November. She suggested the 2 speed spring which was available opposed to the other which was out of stock. Got it yesterday and installed in five minutes. If I was to do it over again, I would have sprung for the quicker delivery, but still impressed with the service.
