Great customer service. The items I ordered were lost in the mail. I called and reported it to Stacey A. I explained what had happened and she was right on it. She made sure that a replacement was shipped out right away. It took no time at all to get my new parts. I’ve always had good service from etrailer.
Perfect part to replace what was missing from the set I bought.
It’s difficult to say this is a great product as it was needed to repair and replace a defective bracket that is not warranty for life. The bracket should have never failed in the 1st place. I cannot Place blame on etrailer as I did not get the original parts from them. I guess the blame is on is on Firestone. So I have to rate the part with only [2 stars]!
However:
I can say the folks at etrailer we’re an enormous help in getting the replacement part for me. So etrailer gets [5 stars]!
It took several weeks during some trying times to get what I needed but etrailer stuck with me.,
