Today we're going to take a look at the replacement fire mesh for the Fireside outdoor pop up fire pit. Now this part will replace one worn out or damaged fire mesh that's on your Fireside outdoor pop up fire pit. It is designed to fit the fire pit part number 389CB001, and we do sell that fire pit separately on our website. Now the stainless steel mesh is included when you purchase the pop up fire pit. This part would just be a replacement part. Dimension on this is 24 inches wide, 24 inches long.
And what I wanted to do is we're going to . I pulled one of those fire pits and put it together just to show you what the mesh does. This is one of those pop up fire pits that are very easy to put together. And this fire mesh portion, what that will do is if you notice on the mesh it has grommets on each corner. And these round grommets are designed to go on these posts, on the pit.
So again, if you just line the grommets up with the post on there, and you just attach it to the post.Let me show you what you do here. Let's lift that one up a little bit. There we go. Slide those two on, and then we'll take these two in the back and we'll slide it on. And what you end up doing is this mesh will fit on all four of these posts, and you just push it all the way down.
And once it's all the way down, this mesh will give you the part where your wood or charcoal will sit on there and burn the fire. The stainless steel mesh uses micro filtration, and it gives you an open air flow for a brighter and hotter fire. And a hotter flame will create 80% less smoke than traditional campfires. And the nice feature about this mesh is your fire's up here. 99% of the ashes will stay contained in this fire mesh, even when you extinguish it out with water.
So when you put your fire out with the water, the water will flow through, the air will flow through, your ashes and stay right up here.So it makes it very easy when you break this down to remove the mess and get rid of it. Also, that airflow through here will help keep the fire pit itself cooler. But that should do it for the review on the replacement fire mesh for the Fireside outdoor pop-up fire pit.

Probably won’t have a chance to use this mesh screen for at least a year. I purchased this as a spare. It seems to be of good quality. Was fast, free shipping along with a larger order.

This portable fire pit fits our needs as several campgrounds will let you have a fire as long as it is off the ground. Many people are going to the Solo type fire containers but they take up so much room! This folds up neatly, is portable, and easily stored in our RV bays.

We love the new grate for our pop-up fire pit. My husband loves its simplicity and its light weight. It folds into thirds and it is easy to flip up and stoke the fire.
We are cooking steaks on it tonight for New Years Eve.
We will use it on many camping trips because we enjoy sitting around a real wood fire. So relaxing. And toasted marshmallows are so much tastier over a wood Fire than a propane one.

The Product - This is a great solution for a portable real wood burning firepit. It is lightweight, easy to put together, and take apart and cleans up very easily. We have only used it twice now and will see how it holds up in the coming months.
