Today we're going to be taking a look at a 5 position adjustable channel bracket. This is designed to be used with lunette rings, adjustable channel couplers, or clevis mounts. It's going to be constructed of 3/8" thick steel. It's a weld on installation so the channel bracket's going to get welded onto your trailer, it's going to provide the attachment point for your trailer mounts. It's going to feature a 6 hole design, so that's going to provide 5 different attachment heights. Number one, number two, three, four, and five. The capacity on this is 14,000-lbs.
If we take a look at the overall height, so measuring from edge to edge, the bracket's going to give us a measurement of about 11-5/8" long or high. A couple other measurements I want to mention real quick, the overall width, so from outer edge to outer edge, that's going to give us a measurement of about 3-3/4". Inside edge to inside edge, we're looking at about 3", so this is going to be designed for those mounts that have the 3" wide mount attached to it because that mount would fit inside the bracket and then you could slide it up and down, and then secure it with hardware. Typically hardware comes with your mount, if you have an existing one or whatever, I just want you to know that hardware does not come with this channel bracket. 3" inside width, 3-3/4" outside width.
The hole diameter on the unit, so the diameter of each one of these holes is going to measure 5/8" in diameter, and then the distance between each hole, measuring center on center is going to be 2". That's going to do it for today's look at the 5 position adjustable channel bracket.

Camp trailer, custom built. No issues, strong product. Great range of height adjustment for use on my different vehicles. When it comes time to sell the trailer, It should increase the number of potential buyers due to the versatility in vehicle stance.
