Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Replacement Quick Attach Handle for Dutton-Lainson Two-Speed Winches. This replaces the Quick Attach Handle on your Dutton-Lainson Two-Speed Trailer Winch, part number's DL145211472514881 or 15502. A few measurements to go over with you real quick. You'll notice that it has plenty of offset here, so that way it'll clear any other components on the winch. The overall length measuring from very edge right here to the other end, that's going to give us an overall length measurement of about 9 and 3/4 inches to 9 and 7/8 of an inch. Then the handle radius, that measurement's taken from the center of where it mounts to the center of this hole to the outer edge of the grip area.The handle radius for this particular replacement handle, that's going to give us a measurement of about 8 and 3/4 of an inch.
Then the grip, it has multiple indentations here for a nice easy-grip design for your fingers, rotates 360 degrees, and then that grip has a length measurement, just measuring that black plastic portion, of four inches. Once again, this is the Quick Attach Handle. To place it on your winch, all you got to do is snap it into place and then when you want to take it off or switch the shafts so you can shift between speeds, all you got to do is push it in there to disengage. So push that in, disengage it, and move it to the shaft or gear that you need for your application. I generally use the 20 volt drill to pull the boat on the trailer. Works like a dream.

I am really happy to have been able to replace the handle on my boat winch. The prior one broke and fell off in transit. Even better, I had a choice of size. The old one was too long and would hit against the bow stop. This one is just a bit shorter and we no longer have that problem.
Got my new handle. Fits like a charm. Lost my old one on the way to lake or someone took it out of my driveway. Easier to launch and retrieve my boat with a winch handle. New one is going in the truck or boat when not in use.
