Jeff: Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at the 1003 12-volt incandescent bulb. It's a single contact Bayonet base, soft white color for a quantity of two bulbs. Now, this is a standard 1003 incandescent bulb, which replaces a burnt out bulb. It is a 12-volt bulb, so it fits many applications such as under cabinet or a dome light on your RV.

You can see it has a clear bulb, which should provide a nice soft white light. At the end of this video, I'm going to hook this up to some 12-volt power to show you how bright the bulb is. This part will include two bulbs. Specs on it is 180 lumens. Bulb type is 1003.

The bulb shape is B6, and the bulb size, the diameter at the widest point is three quarters of an inch. The base type is a single contact BA15S Bayonet base and the power draw is 0.94 amps at 12 volts.So what we're going to do now is go ahead and hook up the power, so have our contact at the bottom. Okay, and then we'll take our ground wire. We'll go ahead and touch the side. When we do that, you can see it lights the bulb up.

Go ahead and turn off the overhead lights and then we'll light the bulb. There you can see the bright, soft, white light.We'll go ahead and turn back on our overhead lights, but that should do it for the review on the 1003 12-volt incandescent bulb single contact Bayonet base, soft, white color for a quantity of two bulbs.
