Will the Hydraulic Line Kit 80910-T fit a 1995 Jayco Pop Up
If you are in need of a flexible brake line that measures 13-3/4 inches the part # 80910-T would work well for you. This is normally used on Ltd Access Torsion Axles but it can be used on basically any setup where the length dimension matches and the fitting size is the same. This has a fitting size of 3/16"-20. I attached a picture that shows it installed in a common application.

Replacement Flexible Brake Line Hose for a Trailer with Torsion Axles
First, on kit # 80910-T, one end of the flexible hose attaches directly to the brake assembly. You will then route the other end to the steel brake line and use the metal piece with the flared ends to go from the flexible hose to the steel brake line. You can use the little bracket and the clip to hold the hose in place by welding the bracket to the frame where needed. What is the Length of the Rubber Line on the Hydraulic Line Kit # 80910-T
I spoke to my contact at Redline and he informed that this Hydraulic Line Kit for Ltd Access Torsion Axles, part # 80910-T, measures 14-3/16 inches from end to end including the fittings. Since you need a minimum of 13 inches this product should work well for you.

What Size Are The Threaded Ends on Dexter Axle Hydraulic Line Kit # 80910-T
I spoke with my technical contact at Dexter and he pulled one from the warehouse. The threads measure 3/16-20. This means that 3/16 is the screw size and 20 is the threads per inch. This hydraulic line kit can be used with either the Dexter Single Axle Drum Kit # 9504 or Dexter Hydraulic Tandem Axle Drum Kit # 9505. If you could let me know what part you have now that you are replacing, I would be more than happy to help.
