Replacement O-Ring for 9,000-lb to 10,000-lb Dexter Oil Bath Hub and Drum Assemblies

Today, we're going to take a look at the replacement O-ring for the Dexter oil bath center cap. Now, this part will replace the rubber O-ring that's on the Dexter 21-36 oil cap. That oil cap fits the 9,000 pound axles manufactured from October 1989 to July 2009, they'll fit the 10,000 pound axles manufactured prior to July 2009, and they'll also fit the 12,000 pound, 15,000 pound heavy duty axles. This will work also on the Dexter axle 9,000 pound to 10,000 pound hub drum kit that we do sell separately on our website. The two kits that we well are K08-288-90 or the K08-288-91 This basically is a rubber O-ring that'll install onto the oil cap, and it helps seal the cap when the cap is screwed into the hub. Inner diameter on this O-ring is 3.734 inches, and the quantity is one O-ring.
