Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Demco Replacement Fender Assembly. This is going to replace the right side or passenger's side fender assembly on your 2011 or older Demco Kar Kaddy 3 Tow Dolly. This is going to be an exact replacement from Demco, so you can trust it is gonna work with your Kar Kaddy 3 and you're not gonna have to worry about fit issues, compatibility, any of that sort of thing, it's gonna have the exact same mounting points, so that you can get this mounted in place just like the original. It does have this galvanized gray finish to help resist rust and corrosion. The one difference that you may be seeing is this mud flap here.
The older style was more of a white with black accents, this is more of a black with white accents, so if you have the original mud flap still, you might be able to replace that, you won't be able to tell a difference, but that is one of the few differences between the original and this one. It does have your brake and tail and turn signal lights, all the wiring is the same, so it's gonna plug right in place of the original, so very, very easy to get this switched out in place of that original fender assembly, so if it's become damaged, whatever the case may be, this is gonna be exactly what you need to make your Kar Kaddy 3 whole again. This is made here in the USA, so you can trust it's made to the high quality standards that we've come to know and trust for products that are made here in the US. But more than that, because this is a Demco product, this is gonna be a great option for you to get that all put together and assembled again. So that's gonna complete our look for today.

This was provided as a substitute for the Kar Kaddy SS passenger fender at Etrailer's suggestion. It is not a good choice. I have 1/2 the fender clearance to the tire that I had with the previous fender, which was destroyed by a tread separation. Any flat at all will destroy this fender. I suspect the Kar Kaddy 3 has a 13" tire. . . not the 14" that the SS has.

The product is fine but customer service is not existent. No one answers phone and online chat is hours for an answer. We had one question and couldn’t get it answered. Ordered blind and luckily it’s the right part. No help from etrailer.

the service given to me was totally beyond belief in as I recall my interactions with internet corps. Nicole was very pleasing to work with. I could tell that she knew her product line inside and out, something else that is refreshing for us of the babyboomer generation. The fender is an exact match to my 35-40 year old tow dolly.I don,t know the brand nor the age for sure but the fender you carry matched almost perfectly (it is gray and mine is black).That,s okay because i never see it as it,s always behind me . the fender came a lot faster than I figured it would. keep up the excellent work. THIS KAR KADDY HAS BEEN TO MANY STATES BEHIND MY RV WITH A MINI COOPER AND LATLEY AN M3 BMW ON IT. THE ORIGINAL BROWN FENDERS WERE GETTING PRETTY SHABY WITH SEVERAL CRACKS THAT HAD DEVELOPED. WITH A FRESH COAT OF GRAY PAINT ON THE ENTIRE KADDY AND THE NEW GRAY FENDERS IT LOOKS GOOD AS NEW. THE FENDERS WERE EASY TO INSTALL AND ARIVED WELL PACKAGED.

They don't offer a replacement fender in black, but this fender would be easily printable to match your existing fender. I've linked to a product description video for the # DM97FR fender.
