Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Demco replacement hub wheel stud bolt. This is going to replace the 12 millimeter by one and one half inch trailer hub wheel stud. This will work for your Demco car caddy SS tow dolly, as well as your spare tire mount for your Demco car caddy tow dollies. If you do have your spare tire holder, you can see the backside here these are welded in place.

So if you need to replace one of them, you will have to grind out that weld. And then it's as simple as taking a hammer, knocking those back through, and then using your replacement, hammering that back into place to replace it.It might be a similar process for the inaudible 00:01:03 wheel hub, but especially for the spare tire mount you will probably need to grind off those welds. They just put those welds on there, mainly for transportation as they're sending the product out. So you won't necessarily have to, weld it again with the new one, you won't have to weld this in place. It should work, just hammering it into place, and it will do a good job of holding your spare tire for you.

So if you are needing a replacement stud, this is going to be the exact replacement from Demco.
