Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a taillight mounting box. So this mounting box holds one six inch oval taillight. The light would mount to the box using a mounting grommet. Lights and grommets are sold separately and are available of the etrailer.com if needed. The box helps protect the light from the elements and from road debris and gravel. It's made from a durable polymer construction.
It's black in color so it's a night durable plastic construction. It can easily be bolted to your tractor trailer.When it comes to the overall dimensions of the unit, starting with the overall measurement going edge-to-edge this direction, we get a measurement of around . Pretty close to eight and a half inches. When we go top to bottom, we're looking at about three and seven-eighths inches tall. And then the overall depth front to back is about three and one-eighth inches.
The opening right here edge to edge going this direction is about six and three-quarter inches. Edge to edge this direction is about two and nine-sixteenths. Right in that area.That's gonna do it for today's look at the taillight mounting box.
