Today we'll be taking a look at the Bulletproof Hitches sway controlled two ball mount with one inch sway control ball. Now I have this set up with a ball mount channel. This is gonna be the shank. These are sold separately. You can find a lot of different configurations available here at etrailer.com. This one in particular that I have is going to be part number MD256.

So this is gonna be a two and a half shank with a six inch drop and rise. Again, like I said, we've got a lot of different drop and rise configurations. Also we'll have these available from two inch hitches, two and a half, to three inch. So pick your poison there. It'll go with your sway control ball and this is going to have our two different ball sizes for our coupler.

We'll have the smaller two inch ball and then the larger two and 5/16th inch ball, and then this is going to be our one inch sway control ball where we actually attach our sway control arm to the trailer itself.Now that system is sold separately. Again, lot of options here at etrailer.com to find any of those accessories that you need. We can mount that on either side to go with however our configuration works out or if we need it on the other side to work with our different size coupler ball, we can flip that over. You just need to loosen the nut and washer there and then tighten it back down appropriately. You can see all the welds on the ball platform mount are gonna be really nice, solid, thick welds.

Has a nice texturized black powder coat finish to match with our ball shank. That's gonna help to reduce any corrosion on any of the system. It's made of a durable steel construction. This is designed to be used with the Bulletproof Hitches, ball mounts only. It's not designed to work with any other ball mount system.We can easily flip this over and change the different ball sizes as we need to with the gross towing weight our two and 5/16th inch ball is 36000 pounds.

For the two inch ball, it's 12000 pounds. The product by itself weighs 17 pounds and this does come with a limited lifetime warranty from Bulletproof Hitches. You want to also make sure that the mount or the shank that you choose is up to those same weight ratings as this configuration is 'cause some of these will be a little bit less robust than others. So make sure that you have everything up to snuff there 'cause you're really only as strong as your weakest link in any system.
