The pins are replacements for attaching our car to the Motorhome. The pins were more than I had anticipated. I got a better product at a very good price. You can’t beat that!

The closest locking pin we have available to the specs you are needing is the Blue Ox # BX8859, which does feature a 1/2" diameter but has an inner length/span of 2-11/16". The Blue Ox Base-Plate-to-Tow-Bar Lock # BX8859 is what you are looking for and is designed for locking a Blue Ox base plate to a Blue Ox tow bar. It has a 1/2 inch diameter which is the correct size for a 1-1/4 inch hitch size hitch pin so it could maybe be used for that but it's actual design was for your application.

Recommended Base Plate to Tow Bar Locking Pin Keyed Alike
I recommend the Blue Ox Base-Plate and Receiver Lock Kit - Qty 3, # BX88101, for your application. This will give you the tow bar locking pins and the third pin that can be used to lock your tow bar to your receiver. They are all keyed alike. Unfortunately we don't have any two pin kits that are keyed alike for tow bar pins. The # BX8859 does not give the option to be keyed alike.

The Blue Ox Base-Plate-to-Tow-Bar Lock # BX8859 does not offer a keyed alike option. My recommendation is to use the Blue Ox Base-Plate and Receiver Lock Kit - Qty 3 # BX88101 to give you that keyed alike kit. Another option, especially if you are using a high-low adapter is to use the Blue Ox Base-Plate and Receiver Lock Kit - Qty 4 # BX88177 to get the keyed alike locks.

Diversi-Tech Hitch Lock Recommendation for a 1-1/4 Inch Hitch
For a lock for your 1-1/4 inch hitch I would recommend you get lock set # 2866DAT. The Blue Ox Base-Plate-to-Tow-Bar Lock # BX8859 that you referenced is designed to be used as a lock for base-plates to tow-bars. While it could possibly be used as a hitch lock, I would not recommend you use it as one since it has never been tested for that.

On your 2018 Chevy Equinox, the 6-way connector you are referring to will simply be added after the fascia is reinstalled. In the attached video of the # RM-15267 you will see the wire run but not connected prior to the fascia being reinstalled after the baseplates # RM-523193-5 are fitted.
