It can also be used as a backup battery pack, so that way you always have one on hand. It does come with the AC wall charger, so plugs into the wall. This plugs in right here.

It is recommended to charge every three to four months to ensure that the life of the battery is good and that it's going to last. The PPI-AC7 Replacement Battery Pack for Air Beds Rechargeable Battery Pump # 341025 takes your 110v/120v household electrical feed and turns it into DC current to charge the 12v DC battery. I've linked a photo of the specs on the plug for a reference and it is not recommended that a charger from another product be used as it may damage the battery.

How Many Cycles can the Replacement Battery Pack for AirBedz do in One Charge
We have tested the Replacement Battery Pack for AirBedz Rechargeable Battery Pump part # 341025 for the AirBedz Truck Bed Air Mattress part # 341018 or other AirBedz up to ten cycles and it worked out really well. Of course by the tenth cycle it was slightly slower than in the beginning but still operated great.
