Today we're going to take a look at the Replacement Standard 3-Point Tire and Wheel Tie-Down Strap for the Demco Tow Dollies. For a quantity of one.Now this part will replace the 3-point tie-down strap on your Demco tow dolly. It is designed to work with the Kar Kaddy 3, the Kar Kaddy SS, the Tow-It, and the Tow-It 2 dollies. All those dollies we do sell separate on our website.Now this strap secures one tire and wheel to the tow dolly using the J-hooks and the winch strap. The two J-hooks right here, these will attach to the wheel platform, and then this whole strap is draped over the tire and the wheel, and the other end of the strap right here is inserted into the tie-down winch at the front of the wheel platform. And this will easily tighten down to secure the vehicle's tire and wheel to the tow dolly.Now this part here is designed to fit the standard size tires and wheels, they do offer two other sizes.
They offer a DM03528-81, that's for smaller size tires and wheels. And also a DM03528-93, which is for larger size tires and wheels. Haven’t used them yet, they’re stitch well and designed like my old wheel harness.
I replaced the older tattered adjustable straps on my deck over silly with these and couldn’t be happier. The original straps in the deck over dolly kept letting the strap slip off the right tire of my Mini, no matter how tight I had them. Almost lost my car the last go around so I’d read on a RV forum someone had replaced their straps with these. So I took a chance and ordered them. Glad I did. Car stays on tight now!
