Today we'll be taking a look at the Hopkins Emergency Snow Shovel with an expandable design. This shovel is going to be handy to have if you have to park on the street overnight or if it's snowing out, and you're boss makes you work late. It's a plastic design, so it's lightweight but durable enough to help you out in those frustrating situations.The shovel blade is nine and a half inches wide and when fully extended, the shovel itself is 37 inches. The knob here in the center allows you to retract it or expand it, just loosen it and check it out. If you need to get it into an even tighter spot, the shovel detaches and boom, check it out. And if you've got other snow to shovel around the house or the job site, it's going to work fine for that too.

Small car,small shovel fits in trunk
Haven’t used them yet, Bought them for insurance last Winter. Never needed them. My Blizzaks got me thru.
Maybe I’ll use them this year.
Exactly as expected. Though we are heading south for a while we will also be in snow country at times during this trip. I wanted something small yet functional and this appears perfect.
This is a replacement. My last shovel served me well for 12 years in harsh conditions so I made sure I was replacing it with the exact model. Thanks for the timely response.

I’m planning on taking this with us again this year. Fortunately the only time I had to use it is when we returned home in March.
