I have used this cover for about a year now. My F150 sits in the sun all day. I use this silver side UP and it DEFINATELY makes a big difference in the heat inside the truck and protects the wipers.
After a year I notice two things.
1 the elastic of the straps that wrap around my mirrors have certainly stretched some.
2. The silver coating is flaking off. I placed it in the backseat of my truck one day and had silver sparkles all over my black rubber mat. Like having several people with glitter having sat back there. I'm concerned this may lead to a failure of the cover in the coming year.
Windshield and Wiperblade cover fit perfectly on my 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. I love how one side can be used for winter and the other side can block out the sun rays during the summer months.
I already bought one of these covers for my truck a year ago and am very pleased with its performance. Ordered 3 more to give as Christmas gifts next month (12/2022). Thanks!

Still works just fine!
After one year the reflective surface failed and started to peel away
Our louisiana summers are brutally hot! Since I'm retired and the pandemic, my truck sits in the sun for days at a time. This windshield cover keeps the truck cooler. Highly recommended.

Nothing last forever. Under our hot sun, it deteriorated. I ordered another one. Still highly recommended.
Easy to put on and take off. Come out after a long day at work, open the doors, toss it in the vehicle and you are on your way. Covers the wipers too. Holding up very well so should last at least one more season. Would highly recommend this product!
Easy order and fast shipping. Works well and protects wipers as well as interior. Fairly easy to install and remove. Seems to keep interior cooler since it blocks the sun from hitting the glass. It will also keep snow and ice off the windshield. Rolls up in fairly thin roll but long and not the easiest to store. Best for longer term vehicle storage. Great product for protection. I love it.
This is brilliant. Held up great after 1 year of use. Doesn't show any sign of wear or UV damage. Only use to keep sun out on summer days. Much more effective than sunshades that sit inside the windshield. And protects wiper blades as a bonus. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Even bought one for my dad!
This is my second one. My original one lasted over 5 years. Only reason I'm replacing it is because the silver foil is finally starting to flake off the backing material. I hand-stitched the two side "wings" to bring the door tubes in a little and tighten up the fit against my windshield and prevent the wind from getting behind it. Much easier to put the cover on the outside of the windshield instead of the inside because you don't have to remove radar detector mounts, camera mounts, etc...
The photos are of my old one that I'm finally retiring.
Well worth the price considering it's lifespan.
After a year the cover is starting to fall apart.. i thought it would hold up better in the sun..

I am sorry that the cover is falling apart. We did design it for long-term use and I am happy to send you warranty instructions for a one-time replacement.
Did not fit my Promaster van as advertised that it would. Was not wide enough for flaps to fit in door and was not tall enough to cover the whole windshield.

This particular windshield cover 70 inches wide and 40 inches tall. At this time we do not carry a taller windshield cover.
See the pictures! It's 7°F right now and we had a heavy snowfall last night. I took these photos about 9:00 AM. I think this shows the ease of using this cover. Note the closeup showing the wipers clear. The vehicle is not ready to move yet. The electric plug hanging from the passenger-side grille is a block-heater which keeps the diesel from gelling in the cold. If I could, I'd be testing the other side of the cover (the one for sun and heat), but I can't do that until summer and that's a long way off.

It works just as well against sun as it does snow, although the truck still gets hot, at least the dashboard doesnt burn my hands. Im very careful to keep the cover dry and store it in the provided case. I think this is why is still holding up.
It is a wonderful windshield cover! It works great for the Summer! I have got a lot of comments!
Does not fit a 2023 sprinter van, despite what the description says.

I am sorry to hear that this did not fit your sprinter van. This cover is a universal fit, it is not made to be a confirmed fit for any specific vehicle. This should fit most cars, trucks, and SUVs. The covers dimensions are 39.75 inches tall by 70 inches wide, with the side flaps adding an additional 7.875 inches.
The covers have done their job (we bought two -- one for each vehicle) and they've kept our windshields protected from frost and sun. However, after only a few weeks of use, the elastic stretches out quite a bit, and the silver side has started to deteriorate, so every time we take the covers off to drive, we risk getting covered in 'glitter'.
This was a great investment for my Honda Odyssey ('22) living in the Great Lakes region. It doesn't cover the windshield completely, but leaves about 5" on top exposed. However, I also pull it down far enough to cover my wiper blades and windshield fluid dispenser completely.

This has been a awesome to have for my car in the Great Lakes region. I dont have to waste time scraping off my car from snow and ice in the morning. I just pull it off and go. It fits great I. My Honda Odyssey and is very fast and easy to put on at night before I go inside! I love it and even recommended my neighbor to get one when they moved in!
I was very excited to receive the windshield cover.
I had enquired about the location of the cover, as the weather was getting worse. The lady I spoke with was concise in sharing the location and arrival guestamation. She accurate about the day of arrival... and sent me an email to let me know it had been delivered. Great service, Thank you.
As for the cover, it is perfect. It covers even better than I had hoped. I am ready now, let it snow!

My windshield cover is still in perfect condition. It is in my car ready for use. It is quick and easy to put on and take off. I just give it a shake, roll it up and store it in the car. Thank you for a great product! I drive a Subaru cross trek.

It works well although it is not a perfect fit (height)for the Prius Windshield
Durable and works great. Silver side out keeps the car cool in summer. Blue side out protects from snow and ice in winter. The blue material is slippery, like Teflon, so all it takes is a few good shakes to clean off even thick ice. The elastic straps around the mirrors make it easy for one person to put it on, even in heavy wind. Slam the doors onto the wings and it stays put, making it very difficult to steal. I've had two of them for three years, and am about to buy another.
The elastic band on one side of the cover was sewn to the cover, so it's not usable. But, I waited to open it until it snowed, which was past 60 days. So, now I am left with a defective cover. Waste of money...... Remember when the customer mattered? Not just the sale

I honestly have not heard this before with the cover. I will have this reviewed and have our Customer Service team reach out.
I bought this to replace one I've had for years. It is way better made and should last a lot longer. It is big enough to completely cover the windshield of my RAM 2500. Very easy to put on and take off. If I needed to I'd buy another one but I don't see why I would need to.

I've only used it for a few days, but the fit is absolutely perfect for my 2015 Chevy Silverado. It also covers the windshield wipers which is a nice touch.
I purchased this particular model because I wanted a sun shield that would also protect my radar detector and dash cam which both have windshield suction cup mounts. With a typical interior sunshade these devices were not protected.
The quality seems to be pretty good and getting it on and off is actually very easy and quick. A very good purchase as far as I'm concerned.
The cover has held up very well both in extreme heat and very cold weather. The ability to secure the cover tightly over the entire windshield means the windshield wipers don't get frozen and scratch the windshield. The sun shield keeps the car reasonably cool on very hot days.
Absolutely great product. Fits as described, elastic bands have lasted & easy to roll up and store when not in use.
