The chock is everything I hoped it would be. It is sturdy and all the hardware is included so no worries on having to figure out what and where to find the proper fasteners. It is extremely sturdy and appears to be adjustable to my bike. I am very happy with my purchase. It will be mounted to a trailer and give me the knowledge that my Yahama Stratoliner is secure. 388232

I purchased two of the wheel chocks. I mounted them on a trailer to transport two dual sport motorcycles. They work very well to safely load and securely transport the bikes. I highly recommend the wheel chocks. 252640

Just finished installing the wheel chock on my trailer. Installation was straightforward and went smoothly. Product seems well built and should provide the necessary support for transporting my 78 Guzzi the 410 miles back to its home in Illinois. 153373

Wasn't sure about this chock when I first saw it and read the reviews. Everyone was using on smaller bikes. So I bought one and it worked great. It worked so well I just bought two more. I have a Ultra Classic that weights 850 pounds. And it arrived in 2 days. The self locking works great, easy on and easy off. 168022

I drove a rental trailer with a large bagger motorcycle and a sportbike from Central Ohio to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Zion and Rocky Mountain National Park then back to Ohio. I cut a 5' x 5' piece of 3/4" plywood and then bolted 2 of these to the plywood. The board fit perfectly in a 5 x 9 rental trailer. I uses ratchet tie downs as well. These bikes didn't budge! A great product! 466804

Make dang sure your trailer is level. don't leave your bike unattended . My trailer was on a very slight angle .I turned my back and the bike fell over a friend caught the bike before damage. I bought the product for a trip so I only used it one time, on return home had no problem. I don't regret buying the product, my fault I let down my guard loading the bike. 690377

The wheel chock arrived undamaged. The packaging was torn and looked like it had been impacted by a heavy object but fortunately the chock was okay. The product arrived at the time promised. The tracking system gave me a false indication that the product had arrived in Wagoner, OK (our town) within a day when I checked the first time but the second time I checked, it showed that the package was in Lenexa, Kansas. From then on, the tracking system showed where it was. In all, my shopping experience was good. 559729

  • Hole Spacing and Height Measurements for MaxxTow Wheel Chock # MT70075
I went out to the warehouse to measure the MaxxTow wheel chock # MT70075 for you. Front to back the holes are spaced 6 inches on center. Side to side they are 6-3/4 inches. The second measurement I think you want is from the top of the high end to the center of the mounting hole on the short end. That height measurement is 10-9/16 inches.

  • Will MaxxTow Adjustable Wheel Chock Work with 2009 Goldwing Trike
The MaxxTow Adjustable Wheel Chock # MT70075 referenced in your question is a great choice and what I recommend for securing your 2009 Goldwing to your trailer. This wheel chock will hold tires up to 5-1/2 inches wide and features a pivoting bracket that will make both loading and unloading the bike a breeze. The bracket can be unlocked by simply reversing the Goldwing back and out from the chock. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also take a look...

I wish we had a motorcycle wheel chock that was designed to fit E-tracks but we do not. I do have a wheel chock that can be easily removed but it is not the part # MT70075. Instead you would want the Tow-Rax Removable Wheel Chock # TWSPWC. This chock can be easily removed when not in use. Check out the review video I attached.

You could use the Tow-Rax Removable Wheel Chock # TWSPWC. You would not need to access the bottom of your trailer to install the install hardware. All you would need to do is drill hole for the anchors of the wheel chock and then you would be able to use the install bolts that thread into the anchors to secure the # TWSPWC. I attached a review video for this product for you to check out as well.

  • Determining How Far From Wall MaxxTow Wheel Chock Needs to Be Placed to Clear Fairing
The best recommendation I can make to install the MaxxTow Adjustable Wheel Chock # MT70075 is to measure your bike at the widest point before installation. I tried to find a width for your bike with the fairing online, but was unable to find any helpful information. Measuring the width of your bike will help you determine how much space, at a minimum, the center of the chock needs to be away from the wall. If the widest part of the bike measures 40 inches, the center of the chock will...

  • Motorcycle Wheel Chock Recommendation that is Removable
The mounting hardware included with the MaxxTow adjustable wheel chock, # MT70075, is designed for a permanent installation. However we do have several wheel chocks that are considered removable because of how they mount. We have TowRax chock # TWSPWM, # TWSPWC, and # TWSPWC3BT. These chocks have a keyhole shape opening where the large end fits around a bolt head. When the bolt is tightened down on the skinny end it cannot be removed. When the hardware is loosened, the chock can be slid...

The MaxxTow Wheel Chock, # MT70075, measures 12-7/8 inches at its tallest point. I do not think that this will interfere with the front part of your front fender, however, you may have some contact with the rear part of the front fender and the black cradle of the wheel chock. • Options for Carrying a 600 lb Scooter Behind an RV
Since the trailer hitch on your RV has a towing capacity of 5,000 lbs, it is safe to assume that it has a 500 lb tongue weight. Trailer hitches are almost always designed to have a tongue weight rating that is 10 percent of the towing capacity. I would not recommend carrying your scooter with a hitch mounted carrier on your RV. In fact, most hitch mounted motorcycle/scooter carriers are not recommended for use on motor homes or RVs because the trailer hitch is further away from the...

  • Could MaxxTow Chock part # MT70075 Work with Vespa Scooter
Depends on the front wheel setup of your Vespa but the MaxxTow chock part # MT70075 could work as long as it's dimensions didn't interfere with the front wheel/fender. The overall height of the chocke is 12-7/8 inches which you'd need to compare that to the dimensions of your front wheel to know for certain if this would fit or not. A smaller one like the part # RA-17 might be better. This is 8-9/16 inches tall.

If you don't already have them, you'll also need some ratchet straps to hold the scooters in place. • Wheel Chock for Transporting 2016 Suzuki Burgman Scooter in Ram Pickup
The MaxxTow Adjustable Wheel Chock # MT70075 is not an ideal fit for your 2016 Suzuki Burgman scooter due to the smaller 15-inch wheel size and dual brake rotors. A better fit for your Burgman is their Adjustable Self-Locking Wheel Chock # MT70271. This mounts in your truck bed like the MT70075 but it provides a wider stance for better stability and its design provides plenty of clearance for your rotors. It also includes tie-down points to allow use of tie down straps like # EM05729.

The tallest portion of the chock is 8-9/16 inches.
