Randy: Hey guys, Randy here at etrailer.com again. Today we're taking a look at a Buyers rubber wheel chock. Good large size. These, I think, generally you're going to see them in more commercial uses, larger trucks, larger RVs, things like that. Now this is going to be very similar to other rubber wheel chocks that you've seen out there. Nice, thick, dense material.
Not going to have to worry about it deforming or coming out of shape. See we've got the grooves down there to help with wet or dirty pavement so it will still get a good grip.See the steps designed into the side of the chock. Those are going to help to grab into the slits in the tire there and also help to prevent it from rolling forward. Now this one has a recessed hook here on the inside. We see it's just an eyelet.
It's going to be a perfect place to attach a chain or maybe a rope if you want to have something to get a hold of to pull it out. There are other models of this very similar wheel chock. Some of them are going to have the big loop handle. Some of them will have a handle that comes out and goes back in. So it might be something to consider there. But overall, it's going to be a really good heavy duty wheel chock.
We've got ten inches in width. Work for just about any tire. Eight inches going this way. And from your ground to the top, you're looking about six inches. So really nice, large size there.
Easy to use wheel chock and I think will serve your purpose very well.

Bought this as a safety measure when launching and retrieving our boat with our motor home, a back up in case some type of failure allowing vehicle to start rolling down the boat ramp.
They do a great job of not allowing my trailers to roll away!
