Speaker 1: Today we're gonna take a look at the Buyers Products wheel chock. This is gonna be an aluminum construction, and the nice thing about that is it's going to be a nice lightweight chock, but it's also gonna be really durable and rust proof, so we don't have to worry about this rusting out over time. It's gonna give us years of durable service. It also has this nice steep slope to help keep our vehicle in place, as well as the teeth on the front and back to help grip into the ground, especially in those areas that might be a little bit looser, like gravel or dirt. It's gonna have some smaller, kind of scalloped teeth in the front and larger, flatter teeth at the back. Those have nice, reinforced gussets as well to give them a little bit of extra stability.
There's a handle up top to make it easy to put in place and store away.It does have just a plain finish, so it's gonna be pretty visible when you're out and about. As far as the dimensions, it's going to be about 12 1/4 of an inch long from front to back and about 6 1/4 of an inch wide, and just about seven or 7 1/4 inches tall. We'll also have a nice reinforced gusset running the length of that curve on the inside, and this wheel chock is also made in the USA. Now this comes as a quantity of one, but it's never a bad idea to pick up a second one to have a pair. And that's gonna do it for our look at the Buyers Products wheel chock in aluminum..

Rust-resistant chock has teeth on the base for added grip and stability in snow, ice, or mud.Overall quality seems to be ok. Grinding of the casting was ok but did leave sharp edges in the handle cutout which should have been addressed during manufacturing, knocking off the sharp edge was relatively simple with sandpaper but for the price should have been taken care of during the manufacturing process.
Chocks will be used during bumper mounted winching in soft terrain.
Using on a steep gravel road. Works gre at
