  • Durable springs resist damage caused by abrasion, oil, road salt and UV rays
  • Installs easily on front coils
    • Inserts between the individual coils of each coil spring
    • Custom fit for your vehicle
  • Requires no maintenance
  • Includes 2 helper springs
  • Made in the USA

Specs:

  • Application: front coil spring suspensions
  • Designed to work with a suspension system that is in good working order
  • Coil SumoSprings will not increase your vehicle's weight-carrying capacity. Do not exceed the manufacturer's weight limit for your vehicle.
  • Limited Lifetime warranty
  • 30-Day satisfaction guarantee

Most OEM coil suspensions have a difficult time supporting heavy front loads like winches, brush guards and snowplows. If your coil springs are totally squished under a load, the lack of shock absorption can be harsh on your backside, especially if you spend long hours sitting in your vehicle while clearing snow. Insert these helper springs in between the individual coil loops in your front coil springs to help defeat driver fatigue and to better support heavy front loads.

Coil SumoSpring installed between rungs of coil spring

Each doughnut-shaped spring has H-shaped channels at the top and bottom that fit to a rung of each coil in your front coil springs. Inside each round spring, a core of microcellular polyurethane foam adds cushioning between your coils. The cushioning absorbs shock, but also works progressively to better support front loads, and it keeps the front end more level. Unbumpify your ride with these SumoSprings for coil suspensions.

  • 2018 Promaster 2500 SumoSpring Recommendation
For your 2018 Ram ProMaster 2500 the SumoSprings rear suspension kit you'll need is the part # SSR-313-54. This has the most support at 2,800 lbs which will be ideal since you will be converting your setup to a camper. I'd first try it with both spacers. If you find the ride quality is too harsh then maybe take the one out, but I would be shocked if you didn't prefer the spacers. The springs are most likely going to touch all of the time due to the additional weight you are adding.

  • Recommended Suspension Upgrade for a 2021 Ram ProMaster 3500
Yes, you should add the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension item # CSS-1195F to the front suspension on your 2021 Ram ProMaster 3500. These helper springs adjusts progressively to the weight of your load. I have linked a review video below. As far as your air lift system goes for the rear end, I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers item # AL88233. This system includes a jounce bumper that will stop...

  • Suspension Enhancement for Front and Rear of 2018 Ram ProMaster 3500
Since your 2018 Ram Promaster 3500 has coil springs in front you'd need the # CSS-1195F for the front and then for the rear # SSR-313-54 like what you referenced.

  • Do Front and Rear SumoSprings Need to be Installed on 2018 Ram ProMaster 2500 Near GVWR
Since you are loading your 2018 Ram ProMaster 2500 up to the GVWR I recommend starting off using the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-313-54 for the rear axle. These are the heaviest duty option available which is what you need for your application. If you had a passenger vehicle then I would say that the rear SumoSprings would be enough but since you have an RV I also recommend installing the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs # CSS-1195F. These will not only assist your...

  • Coil SumoSprings for 2023 Toyota Sienna AWD
The # CSS-1168R and # CSS-1195F are only confirmed to fit the FWD models but that doesn't mean there aren't Coil SumoSprings for your 2023 Sienna AWD. To find the right size you will need to measure the gap between in the middle of the coil. Take the measurement with the vehicle as it sits. You do not need to raise it. Ensure that each side of the vehicle is within 1/4" (0.25") measurement of the other. If you only want them in the rear you don't have to measure the front. Once you have...

  • Recommended Suspension Enhancement For a 2018 Ford Transit 350HD Camper Van
For your 2018 camper van on the Ford Transit 350HD having the dual wheel wheels I recommend installing the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-121-54. These will help to reduce the rear end sag and increase stability around turns. The Firestone # F53ZR and other air spring products we carry are not compatible with your dual rear wheels. You can also add the Coil SumoSprings # CSS-1195F to your front suspension. These will also help increase stability when turning while also helping...

  • SumoSprings and Sway Bar For a Thor Compass On 2018 Ford Transit 350HD Chassis
Yes, I always prefer to also install the Front # CSS-1195F with the Rear # SSR-121-54 SumoSprings on your Thor Compass with the 2018 Ford Transit 350 HD chassis. The combination will greatly improve your ride quality and reduce the amount of sag the chassis will have due to the additional weight. We do offer the Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE44YR for your Transit chassis. This is the only currently available sway bar I can find. The 1-3/8" chromoly steel bar is going to be...

  • Recommended Suspension Improvement for a Jeep Wrangler When Towing a Trailer
Both the Timbren # TJRJK and the SumoSprings # CSS-1195R will help with sag and stability while towing. However, they will affect the ride when no towing as well. The Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs # F4173 are adjustable from 35 psi all the way down to 5 psi. This will give them up to 1,000 pounds of load-leveling capacity when filled, and then feel basically nonexistent when deflated. If you are still getting a lot of body roll when towing, or even when not towing, the SumoSprings...

  • Recommended Sumo Springs For A 2019 Hymer Aktiv Motorhome
I can certainly point you in the right direction. For the rear axle of your 2019 Hymer Aktiv Motorhome, I recommend the SumoSprings # SSR-313-54. These are the 2,800 lb capacity jounce springs. They will replace the factory bump stops and do a great job of leveling your ride, and absorbing shock. For the front axle, we do not carry any jounce springs, but you can use the SumoSpring coil helpers # CSS-1195F. This is an insert that goes on the factory coil springs. This will help add support...

  • Suspension Enhancement For a Smoother Ride On a 2022 Coachmen Nova 20C Class B Motorhome
There are a few different SumoSprings for the rear of your 2022 Coachmen Nova 20C. If you have the lightest 1,000LB # SSR-313-40 springs on your Nova these are not going to provide enough support for all the additional weight added to you camper. A better option would be the 1,500LB # SSR-313-47 or 2,800LB # SSR-313-54 depending on how much cargo you are carrying or towing. Please let me know what you have and the types of loads you are carrying and I can help you determine if there is...

  • Is There Timbren Suspension Kit that Fits 2018 Toyota Sienna
Hey Robert, for your 2018 Toyota Sienna we have the Coil SumoSprings kit part # CSS-1195F which functions like a Timbren but we do not have any Timbren ktis for your vehicle. Typically they are only available for heavier duty vehicles. You should note they are notoriously harsh so you probably wouldn't want it anyway.

  • Front Suspension SumoSprings To Reduce Sag On a 2006 Chevrolet Impala
First I recommend checking your struts and springs to see if there is any way to adjust the preload tension or compression dampening on them for your 2006 Chevrolet Impala SS. If the settings are adjustable this will help you to dial in your ride quality to where you would like it to be. If you do not have adjustability on your struts the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs # CSS-1195F will help to absorb some of the sag that you are experiencing. The progressive construction of these...
