Note: When servicing your truck with Air Lift air springs installed, if the truck is lifted by the frame, the air must be let out of the springs. And if the rear of the truck is lifted during service, then it must be supported by jack stands to avoid damage to the air springs.

Carrying heavy cargo in your truck bed or trailer puts tremendous stress on your vehicle. Your brakes erode faster, your tires wear unevenly, and handling suffers severely. When towing, you might also experience excessive sway, bottoming out, and even improper and unsafe headlight aim. Fortunately, there is a solution to these problems. By pairing your existing suspension with the LoadLifter 5000, you can seriously beef up your suspension, ensure equal load distribution, and give your vehicle the support it desperately needs. Air Lift's LoadLifter 5000 provides up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity and distributes the weight of your payload to all 4 wheels. As a result, the stress on your OEM suspension is significantly reduced.
LoadLifter's air bags are adjustable from 5 to 100 psi for precise support, and they can be inflated independently of one another for front-to-rear and side-to-side leveling. They are made of high-quality, 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber. Most air bags lose air at the ends, where the bag is enclosed with a steel cap, because the steel can rust and corrode over time, creating small holes. The endcaps on Air Lift air bags are fashioned from corrosion-proof Zytel nylon, a material that is both stronger and lighter than steel, ensuring that the air bags won't lose air. Also, LoadLifter 5000 comes with Air Lift's exclusive roll plates, which both protect your air springs and beef up the load capacity of the springs.
This system installs with the included brackets and hardware. Just mount the springs, inflate them, and ride. To inflate the LoadLifter springs, you just have to pump air in through the inflation valves. A line kit is included with the springs so that you can install the valves (one for each spring) in an easily accessible area - typically they are installed on the bumper. If you want to make the springs even easier to use, you can get a compressor and gauge system (sold separately).
Air Lift kits are designed to keep your vehicle at normal ride height. You can find the normal ride height of your vehicle by unloading it and measuring the distance between the bottom edge of your wheel well and the center of the hub. After you find and record this distance, you can regulate the amount of air that you put into your air springs to maintain normal ride height - even when you are hauling a heavy load. You will need to adjust the air pressure in your air bags according to the size of your load.

My complaint would be against the lousy packaging which came with two or three holes and all messed up, luckily all that was missing was one washer.

Its worth the money and install time, easy access and makesure hauling loads very manageable.
After owning this kit foe a year, I love it. The install went smooth and easy. The app and the remote link up in seconds and it has helped with towing our 5th wheel. It gets the rear-end up so that it is at normal height.
That way I am not blinding people with my lights at night. The truck does ride more smooth with the airbags pumped up while towing. The only negatives are that even with the minimum 5 PSI in the bags, the truck has a more rigid ride when nor towing. The bags also raise the rear end up quite a bit, even when deflated.
I installed these air lift bags in a day. It was a lot longer than I thought, but it was in the middle of winter in an unheated shop and only basic hand tools. No hoist, so there were a lot of up and down trips with a creeper. Very good installation manual which made the process easy. Very happy with the purchase.

So far so good. Made several trips and the air bags have been doing their job. Very satisfied
Installed thes a year ago. I use them to pull my 35 foot fifth wheel camper. They are fantastic I recently added the wireless remote air compressor kit. I really love that!
The hitch and box arrived in exceiient conditon. I have yet to take the rig for a good test drive. I took it for a short drive but need more time with ot to fully appreciate its capabilities. The installation was a breeze. Fitment was perfect.

The air suspension system makes all the difference in the world. With the trailer on and no air in the bags there is a definite squat in the truck. I put about 70 psi in the bags and everything is level again with a great ride. Helps to stop all the bouncing after big bumps.

My Truck rides Perfect with Them~
Very happy with the load lifter! My truck/camper combination is now level and rides better. No more bottoming out on the big dips on the interstate highway. My son and I installed it ourselves and it was fairly easy.
Pulling a fifth wheel RV trailer, and a gooseneck trailer on the farm, the airlift bags, along with the onboard compressor has made pulling either trailer safer due to the leveling ability this kit allows.
Customer service from etrailer was great with making sure I received the exact kit for my truck.

I have a 2020 F250 and when I hook up to my 14000 pound 5th wheel the pickup would sag a little. It pulled okay as-is but it really needed to be level for better stability, braking, and headlights. I purchased the Air Lift Loadlifter 5000 from etrailer and after they had installed it, what a difference it made. With just the install, it elevated the bed one additional inch with only 5 pounds of air in the bags. Once I hooked up, I put 25 pounds of air in the bags which was plenty to raise the bed to just beyond level. I am very satisfied with this addition and if you are experiencing sag, I highly recommend this product. For the minimal cost of the product, it was well worth the investment in safety, ride comfort , and stability.
This is the second set of Loadlifter air bags I have purchased. They are fairly simple to install and the build quality is excellent. Of course etrailer.com is my go to supplier for all things rv and truck aftermarket.

Purchased a year ago and has been working great. Can’t be any happier with my purchase.
What a great addition to our 22 Ford F250 SD. Made a huge difference pulling our 5th Wheel Trailer. We don't have an issue as far as weight. Just by putting 20 psi in the Airbags we were able to raise the truck about an inch during towing. Really smoothed it out. Easy to install and maintain.
Shipping of product time wise was awesome, The box with airbags was damaged and airbag was scuffed up, The box with fuel compressor leveler system was great. Photos and email sent to etrailer. Profit not installed yet. Will update with photos after installation is completed .

The helper springs were easy to install. After one year they still work flawlessly. Has been a great upgrade for towing. Quality product, all fittings are tight without leaking, and pretty much maintenance free. Very glad I chose this product.
got the air lift and was a easy install, all i wanted to do was lift the rear of my f350 a couple inches to make pickup set level, i have a pretty heavy 5th wheel and worked great for that happy with it
prompt shipping-- good quality product--- installation instructions very detailed--no special tools needed, a floor jack is extremely helpful
Bag had a hole in it and I didn’t find it until I had already installed them because in was in a bolt hole. Now I’m waiting to get another bag from airlift because y’all can’t warranty there product. My next purchase was going to be the compressor kit to go with the bags but not now. The whole warranty thing is very frustrating. My opinion don’t sale anything you can’t warranty yourself.

While we do handle the warranties for the majority of the products that we carry there are a handful of manufactures like Airlift that prefer to handle warranty related issues themselves.
The shipment arrived intact, however, there were some cracking scores on the box. The basis weight of the corrugated container could be increased for better durability in transit. A liner sleeve would be the most cost effective alternative.

Outstanding. The air bags on my truck levels it out perfectly while pulling my 5th trailer.
The Airbags work great. Installed airbags over a week ago. installation took a little over 3 hours. I installed the airbags on my Ford F 350. The only work around was on the drivers side. I had to angle u-bracket past left shock bolt. Besides the shock great product. I ride 10 psi on drivers side and 5 psi on passenger side while not under load. My 2022 F 350 rides a little lower on drivers when not under load. I think this is due to a 48 gallon diesel tank. I tow a 40 foot fifth wheel on a regular bases. When under load travel with 50 psi on drivers side and 40 psi on passenger side. The airbags put my vehicle back to preload level.
Amazing product! Easy install! But don’t be like me, just drop the spare tire and make your life 1000x’s easier. Also, fit perfect on 2022 F250 6 3/4 ft bed. No leaks and plenty of hose to route the shearer valves where I wanted. If you’ve got the extra coin, I’d buy the air compressor and in-cab switch for this unit. I didn’t at the time and still don’t, but when I do I’ll buy it so I can add/remove air as needed in the cab to adjust the ride for various loads.
