5,000-lb Capacity. Designed to upgrade your rear suspension, LoadLifter 5000 air springs provide high-quality, full-time load support. They level your vehicle, improving braking and ride comfort and reducing the strain on your factory suspension.

Specs:
Air Lift's LoadLifter 5000 was designed with an exact purpose: to provide full-time, first-class support to your 3/4- or 1-ton pickup, motor home, or commercial truck. With this kit, you get a safer ride and simultaneously protect your vehicle from the strain that comes with hauling massive loads.
Carrying heavy cargo in your truck bed or trailer puts tremendous stress on your vehicle. Your brakes erode faster, your tires wear unevenly, and handling suffers severely. When towing, you might also experience excessive sway, bottoming out, and even improper and unsafe headlight aim. Fortunately, there is a solution to these problems. By pairing your existing suspension with the LoadLifter 5000, you can seriously beef up your suspension, ensure equal load distribution, and give your vehicle the support it desperately needs. Air Lift's LoadLifter 5000 provides up to 5,000 pounds of load-leveling capacity and distributes the weight of your payload to all four wheels. As a result, the stress on your OEM suspension is significantly reduced.
LoadLifter's air bags are adjustable from 5 to 100 psi for precise support, and they can be inflated independently of one another for front-to-rear and side-to-side leveling. They are made of high-quality, two-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber. Most air bags lose air at the ends, where the bag is enclosed with a steel cap, because the steel can rust and corrode over time, creating small holes. The endcaps on Air Lift air bags are fashioned from corrosion-proof Zytel nylon, a material that is both stronger and lighter than steel, ensuring that the air bags won't lose air. Also, LoadLifter 5000 comes with Air Lift's exclusive roll plates, which both protect your air springs and beef up the load capacity of the springs.
This system installs with the included brackets and hardware. Just mount the springs, inflate them, and ride. To inflate the LoadLifter springs, you just have to pump air in through the inflation valves. A line kit is included with the springs so that you can install the valves (one for each spring) in an easily accessible area - typically they are installed on the bumper. If you want to make the springs even easier to use, you can get a compressor and gauge system (sold separately).
Air Lift kits are designed to keep your vehicle at normal ride height. You can find the normal ride height of your vehicle by unloading it and measuring the distance between the bottom edge of your wheel well and the center of the hub. After you find and record this distance, you can regulate the amount of air that you put into your air springs to maintain normal ride height - even when you are hauling a heavy load. You will need to adjust the air pressure in your air bags according to the size of your load.
Along with a lifetime warranty that has no mileage restrictions, Air Lift offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Just install and use LoadLifter 5000 springs for 60 days, and if you are not satisfied at the end of this time, you can remove them from your vehicle and return them for a full product refund. Now that's confidence.

They level your vehicle, improving braking and ride comfort and reducing the strain on your factory suspension.Great product. Was easy to install. It has Worked great. The camper came with fast gun tie down system. I would recommend using these also
Finished the install last weekend fairly smoothly. I jacked up one side of the truck at a time since I only had one jack. Had to put the jack on cinder blocks to get it high enough to engage the leaf spring front mount. One comment/suggestion for the installation guide. The only thing I struggled with was the parking brake cable. It was exactly in the way of engaging the bottom bracket to the axle. No matter how I moved the bracket it would not clear the cable. Then the light came on, release the brake dummy! Once the brake was released there was plenty of room to engage the assembly onto the axle. Of course, I did put some chalks on the front tires to keep the truck from rolling while I was underneath... No leaks, and it seems to ride much smoother than before. Thanks for a great product,
easy install, one of the elbow fittings leaked,i called airlift ,they rushed me 2 immediately.we were able to install new elbow with out removing air bags.no more saggy bed when pulling fifth wheel to florida keysi run them at 35-40 psi to level truck when towing.
Loved it! Easy install and other than having to fill it manually, because compressor went out, soon after installation, it was a great choice!
Super fast delivery, very easy to install. Great quality and works well Thanks for coming though again etrailer
The kit was nice and complete. Installation took about three hours. The instructions could have used more pictures. The upper bracket needed more pictures. The kit was neat and install was easy with very little tools. I would recommend this to my friends.
This was an easy install and is great load control with good stability
Good product and install was easy because of the installment video found on the website.
I have bought this product before and was extremely happy with it, that's why I bought it again for a truck that I just purchased. Thank you.

The install was easy. The instructions do not address the fact that you should not allow the axle to hang on the air bags when the vehicle is on a lift or jack stands. I included pictures of the chains I made to support the weight of the axle when on my lift. Also a pro tip is to smear a small amount of Teflon thread sealant on the tube to lubricate and help the tube to seal in the fitting, I included pictures of the sealant applied.

I have a 2019 Nissan Titan XD with the 5.6 GAS motor. Wanted to do an Airlift suspension to provide a little support and get my headlights perfectly back to level when towing my travel trailer. No one makes an airbag kit for the gas XD, but after discussing it some with John H at etrailer, I decided to go with the kit for the diesel truck and see how things went. The kit for the diesel truck fit perfectly, except that there is an emissions component hung from a bracket on the driver's sign frame that prevents a direct install of the driver's side bag. My shop was able to install the kit with no trouble - they just had to bend the bracket with the small emissions component attached upwards for clearance. Everything else went in as designed. Great fit - can't wait to see it work under load.

I just bought a new 2019 Ford F250 to pull my new fifth wheel. The pin weight of the fifth wheel caused the bed of my truck to drop a few inches so I bought the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Helper Springs and the Air Lift One wireless on board compressor to raise the bed back up to level. I installed all of it myself after watching the etrailer installation videos. I think somewhere they mention it being a 2-3 hour job. Well...if you do it every day, then it probably is. It took me the better part of a day to get it done. The first thing i did was remove the spare tire for easier access. I also tried to install the airbags without lifting the truck. Actually, I did install one side without lifting and it wasn't that hard. However, there is a nut on the bottom bracket that is between the airbag and the leaf spring that is impossible to tighten without lifting the truck body. Even after lifting the body, it was still very difficult to access/tighten. Instead of drilling a hole for the schrader valve, I used a couple of oversized washers and installed it in a hole on the hitch frame that was already there. The Air Lift One, I installed on the frame, on the drivers side of the vehicle and just forward of the gas tank. This is really about the only place on the frame without wiring of some sort. I got the EZ mount but didn't use the large U-bolt as I didn't find any place it would work. Instead, i just drilled a couple of starter holes in the frame and used the provided self-tapping screws. I also wired the hot and always-on wires together and directly to an upfitter wire under the hood. I had no trouble getting the wireless remote to communicate with the compressor and it works great. Now, with my fifth wheel attached to the truck, I can add air and level the truck back to factory heights. Overall, the install wasn't that hard and would have been super easy with a truck lift. The people at etrailer were great when made my order and will definitely give them a call again.

I installed the product yesterday. It took 6 hours working alone including a trip to the village to buy a new corded electric drill. Installation required drilling 8 holes in the frame and 4 holes in the upper brackets. Anyone attempting this installation be wary of the brake line and wiring harness behind the driver side frame. My impression is that the kit is good quality and should provide excellent service. I am anxious to hook up the travel trailer and put this system to the test.

I installed the product and followed the instructions. It was fairly straightforward. The only real issue I have is trying to put air in the airbags. It seems as though it's all or none. Very hard to regulate. Otherwise it's a good product.
Thank you for your review. Please check your air leak as soon as possible and make sure to test it often. Use the soapy water solution to check all air line connections and the inflation valve core before deflating and removing the air spring. This product has a limited lifetime warranty so please visit www.airliftcompany.com/warranty if the air spring is defective.

Overall I am quite pleased. The install took me about 3 1/2 hours. Now that I know how to do it, I could probably get it done in 2 1/2. The kit comes with an instruction booklet, but the directions aren't the easiest to follow. etrailer has an install video that makes the process much simpler. I installed this kit in conjunction with a B&W gooseneck hitch and they work flawlessly together. I plan to use this truck to tow my 24' gooseneck trailer. It's primary use is on the farm and I haul some heavy loads. I also have installed the Airlift compressor. All together, it makes a nice setup.

I have a 2020 F250 and when I hook up to my 14000 pound 5th wheel the pickup would sag a little. It pulled okay as-is but it really needed to be level for better stability, braking, and headlights. I purchased the Air Lift Loadlifter 5000 from etrailer and after they had installed it, what a difference it made. With just the install, it elevated the bed one additional inch with only 5 pounds of air in the bags. Once I hooked up, I put 25 pounds of air in the bags which was plenty to raise the bed to just beyond level. I am very satisfied with this addition and if you are experiencing sag, I highly recommend this product. For the minimal cost of the product, it was well worth the investment in safety, ride comfort , and stability.

Received via UPS very fast. Box was a little ragged and the UPS driver waited as I opened it to make sure it was ok. One of the plastic bags holding nuts and bolts had come open allowing them to rattle around inside the box but only was missing a single flat washer. Easy install, I took a lot of breaks and I’m a little slow getting up and down so it took 4 hours. Held pressure overnight. I’m going to haul our 40 ft 5th wheel in a couple of days looking forward to using the air bags

Warm weather has allowed my son and me to do this installation. It went well and took us about 5 hours from start to finish including unpacking, reading the manual, installation, and putting up the tools. Then did the leak test and did the test drive. Hauled 500 pounds today and working great. Without any weight in the truck it still rides very smooth. Thanks to Erik B for his help and advice on line.

2019 Chevy 1500 Z71 install. So this is a 2 part review. Shipping was super fast so cudos there. Instructions there was a little to be left to the imagination but install over all was super simple and quick. With a 7,500 pound travel trailer truck is level and ride is ok. When you unhook the trailer though it is like riding on a bottomed out suspension! The truck is uncontrollable bouncing I tried 5psi and 0psi and the ride is miserable! They are coming off the truck and being exchanged for something different. Truck suspension is too low and the at ride height and is sitting on the air bags.

Fairly easy install. Installed them into my 2020 Trailboss to help with hauling my travel trailer. The video made the install a breeze. Added the T for the air lines to link them together for one fill port.

I purchased the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle for my 2015 Ford F-250 to pull at travel trailer. (Aprox. 6,000 lbs.) Installation was easy, took a couple hours. I coupled the air line hose through the license plate so I only had one air valve to install. I wasn't too worried about balancing left to right. I just needed to get my truck's ass off the ground when towing the trailer. No sag when the bags are aired up. I keep them deflated to the minimum until I need the lift. Then an easy pump up with a bike pump and I'm off.
