Cool-colored light, especially that with a high color temperature, promotes driver alertness, as opposed to warm-colored light, which promotes relaxation. Color temperature is based on chromaticity, which refers to the quality of a color rather than its luminance. Today we're going to review part number VX-LH13. These are the Vision X H13 Halogen Headlight Bulbs superwhite in color, and this part number is for a quantity of two. Now, as you can see, you'll receive these in a nice, hard plastic container which will protect the bulbs for any damage. Then when you go to pop them open, just pop them open like that, once you get them open. Now, when you go to install these, one note I do want to mention is that when you handle these bulbs, you do want to handle them by the base. You don't want to touch the glass portion. The reason is there will be oil on your fingers and that oil from your fingers will stay stuck to that glass bulb.
What will happen is when these are installed and turned on, the high temperature of the bulb will heat up and that oil being on the glass could cause it to crack or shatter. When you do handle the bulbs when you go to install these, I'll just handle them by the base. What I'm going to do here is pull one out by the base. Now, as you can see, these are halogen bulbs which will replace your vehicle's factory headlight bulbs for improved brightness, increased visibility. This bulb has a superwhite beam which has a blue tint that will resemble your high-intensity discharge lighting and that will reflect better off for the road signs and the markers along the highway. This bulb will shine up to about 30% brighter and up to about 25% farther than your factory bulbs.
They do have a high color temperature which improves visibility, promotes driver awareness and it also help increase your depth perception and reduce the eye strain and fatigue. These bulbs are durable, long-lasting construction. They have about a 250-hour lifespan. They are a fast and easy installation. As you can see right here, they just plug into your vehicle's existing headlamp sockets. Now, the specs on this, on this part number, it's a quantity again of two bulbs.
The bulb type is H13. The wattage, they are dual filament, so the low beam would be 55 watts at 12 volts, the high beam 65 watts at 12 volts. The brightness on them is 900 lumens. The color temperature is 5,300 degrees Kelvin. These bulbs do have a lifetime warranty.

Works great so far, the case the bulbs came in did came damaged, looks like they were dropped and cracked, but other than that they work great! and therefore the crack wasn’t an issue since the bulbs themselves wasn’t damaged. I’m using these on my 2006 Yamaha YZF 600R headlight bulb. Install was easy and they look good. Came with 2 bulbs. 1st photo is the low beam the second is the high beam.

These bulbs are a great replacement for your stock low beams. I just wanted a white light instead of the incandescent orange. They are a tad brighter and do make things better to see. Installing is easy on the left side and the right side just needs a little more work.

Low beam bulbs for my GMC Sierra SLE. I just received them and have not installed them yet. However, I want to compliment etrailer for the fast and efficient service they provided. I ordered the original bulbs myself using the decision tree provided me. After a couple of days, I called to follow up on my order (because they were out of stock) and Bill, one of their service reps reviewed my order and found a cheaper pair that were in stock. When I asked what was the difference in price, he advised me that I had ordered bulbs made by a smaller manufacturer; the replacement was equally as good but made by a bigger company. Several days later, I received the bulbs. Great service!

Thought too they’d be brighter and look a little cooler blue but you guys are the best and I won’t be quitting you guys. Still have not put toe on floorboard I ordered for my 03 Acura MDX. Quick take me thru? Should get it on and I’m sure it’s easy.

Excellent product. Clear bright white light. Made the other bulbs look weak and sickly. This company is cutting edge as they waited until I owned the bulbs a year before asking my opinion of them. Brilliant.
I installed these in my 76 monte carlo landau, with no modification to anything fit just like the oem headlights
installed super easy. Only thing is you need to tape the contacts or you may blow a fuse on an older car.
Besides a little fitmentg issue, had to trim the lights to fit in to re housings. I Love the lights another seem to be holding up fine.
While these new bulbs absolutely are brighter than the original OEM bulbs, they weren't exactly what I was expecting. I thought they were the super bright blu"ish" colored lights that I'm seeing on other cars coming at me these days. So my expectations were a little off but that doesn't change the fact that these are as advertised and are definitely brighter.
besides a little shipping snafu, (still arrived inside the shipping window) the lights are nice and white about the same as stock halogen as far as brightness overall the are good for the price. how long they last we shall see thank you guys for the quick customer response.
