Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at the Sylvania 4157NA amber mini incandescent long life bulbs. Now these durable incandescent bulbs are going to ensure that your vehicle's exterior lights are operating like they should. These bulbs are compatible with your amber lens side markers or turn signals. And on your screen I am including the bulb type there, as you can see, and as I mentioned, this is 4157NA, but also take note that these will work with the 3157NA and 5702NA.
So these will work as those replacements as well. The bulb shape is S-8, and then you see the base number information there at the bottom of that graphic. These amber long life bulbs feature a rated average life of about 4,000 hours with an amber color temperature of 2,800 kelvin, which is a warm light. These bulbs have a lumen rating of 302 lumens. And these have a simple bayonet connection with your existing receptacles, so it's going to be very easy to swap these out.
Now as you can see, I am wearing gloves. When changing your bulbs, it's a good idea to wear gloves or maybe even use a clean shop towel because you really should never touch the glass, so you don't want to transfer oils from your skin to the glass of the bulbs. So if you are needing some gloves, under the related product section, we do have a box of gloves there that you can add to your order if you're in need of those. These are gonna be legal for on-road use and they do meet the Department of Transportation specifications for performance and life. And it is also recommended that you replace bulbs on both sides of your vehicle for that consistent light level and color.
Well, that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
