Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at the Sylvania Basic 9005 Halogen Headlight Bulb. Now, this bulb is going to replace your standard equipment, daytime running headlight halogen bulb with the same grade and specifications. Again, the bulb type is 9005, the shape is T4, and the base, as you can see there, is PT20D, and this 3,100 kelvin color temperature is going to give you a pure, more neutral white color than the 2,700 kelvin. And the rated average life is about 320 hours, and this has a lumen rating of about 1,700 lumens, and the base is going to give you a simple installation with its male plug fitting. As you can see, I am wearing gloves.
When you're replacing your bulbs, it's a good idea to wear gloves or at least use a clean shop towel so your fingers don't touch the bulb or the glass. You wanna make sure that you're not transferring oils from your skin to the bulb itself. This is gonna be legal for on-road use. It does meet the Department of Transportation regulations for performance and life. And as you probably know, it is recommended to replace bulbs on both sides of your vehicle to maintain that consistent color level and light level.
Well, that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.
Fast delivery, great selection. Superior customer service!
