Speaker 1: Today, we're going to take a look at the replacement warm white, 360 degree, LED bulb for the 1157 bulb type. Now, this is a multidirectional, radial, tower LED bulb for side-mount and some overhead applications. The light, you can see, is emitted 360 degrees around the bulb. The base on this is double-contact bayonet base installation, so this 1157 bulb has a base which is the same base that is on the follow bulb types: #1004, 1076, 1156LL, and 1157LL. The LED bulbs are bright, long-lasting, and energy efficient. These are more efficient than your incandescent bulbs.
They have about a 50,000 hour life span. They are dimmable, and they produce minimal heat. The color on this bulb would be a warm white color. The brightness is 215 Lumens. Color temperature is 3,500 Calvin.
It does have 13 diodes, and the power drawn is .19 amps. It is designed to replace a 20-watt bulb, and this part number is a quantity of one bulb.So what I am going to do is hook this up to a 12-volt power just to show you how bright it is and how the light is a multidirectional light. So go ahead and take our power, put it on there, and I'm going to go ahead and turn off the overhead lights. And with the overhead lights off, go ahead and touch the side here, oops. Let's try that again.
Go ahead and get that hooked up. There we go. Now you can see the multidirectional lighting, very warm white color, and its 13 diodes on it. We'll go ahead and disconnect it, turn back on our overhead lights, but that should do it for the review on the replacement, warm white, 360 degree, LED bulb for the 1157 bulb type.

- Why Would Installing LED 1157 Cause Light to Stop WorkingWith LED lights you have to be sure you install them in the correct orientation as if you install them backwards they won't turn on. They won't get damaged but they won't work. Try reversing them in the socket you installed them and see if that fixes it.

Warm white is a great color for interior lighting that closing resembles the color of incandescent lights.
