Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna take a look at these Bull Ring Flush Fit Retractable Tie Down Anchors for your truck bed stake pockets. Now these heavy duty anchors attach to your truck bed stake pockets and they give you tie-down points to secure your load. And they're gonna work with your S-hook and J-hook connections on your straps. And you are going to receive a set of two for your rear stake pockets, and another set of two for your front or middle stake pockets. Now, these are going to fit various years and models of the Ford F-Series pickup trucks.
To confirm that these are gonna work for your truck, take advantage of our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer.com, and input the year, make, and model of your truck, and our fit guide will let you know if this set will work for you, or if we have something comparable that will work for you, Now, while the factory anchor points are inside the truck bed where it can be hard to reach, these retractable anchor points install into the stake pockets on top of your bed rails. These are gonna be very easy to use. You simply pop the anchor ring up when you want to use it to secure your load. And then when you're done, you just push it down firmly, or hit it down, and it'll go flush, and that ring will be outta your way. Again, let me just show you how easy these are to use once you have these installed.
You need that ring, just pull it up firmly. It secures in place. You can hear that pop sound, that snap sound, that tells you that it's secured in place. And that ring is gonna stay in position for however long you need it. You're not gonna have to worry about it slipping down by accident or anything like that.
And then when you're done hauling and you don't need that ring anymore, you just push it down firmly, and it is out of your way. Now this flush fit is compatible with most of your tunnel covers. And these anchors have a weight capacity of 1,000 pounds. And the rings themselves are constructed of stainless steel. So they are going to resist rust and corrosion.
And this nylon lower body is going to help reduce sound. Now these are, the top cover here, is going to match the grain and color of your Ford bed rails. So that's gonna give you a nice factory look. Now, installation is quick and easy, and it requires nothing more really than a Phillips head screwdriver. And so when you're ready to install, you're just going to remove the Ford pop-out stake pocket cover. And then once you have those covers removed, you're going to use your Phillips head screwdriver, and you are going to loosen the two screws in the anchor so that the steel plate can drop down freely. So I went ahead and loosened these screws earlier and now I'm gonna go ahead and just remove them. And as you see, as I hold this top cover here, that steel plate with the bracket is going to drop down. And then while you're holding the top cover here, as I'm holding onto it, you're just gonna guide that anchor into the hole of the stake pocket, probably from the side of your bed. You're probably gonna have to move this at an angle a little bit to get it into that stake pocket. And then once it's in the stake pocket, you're going to then lift this up, and you wanna catch the lower bracket here on your truck sheet metal. And then once it's made contact, you're gonna hold the ring, and then allow the cover to drop into place, and then just replace your screws and tighten them down. Now you don't wanna overtighten these screws, hand-tightening them is sufficient. And then those will be installed. That's how easy these are going to be to install. And these do have a lifetime warranty. And you are going to receive, again, as I mentioned earlier, a set of four tie down anchors. So I'm a big fan of these anchors. I think they're going to do a great job for you. They're gonna be very easy to use. When you're ready to use the rings, you just pull 'em up with that. When you hear that pop, you know it's secured in place. And then when you're done, push it down, and it's out of the way. And I'm probably even more impressed with how easy these are going to be to install. You'll probably have these set of four installed just in a matter of minutes. And then once they're installed, they're ready to go. They're ready for immediate use. Well, that's gonna conclude our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me..
