Today we're going to review and install the Access G2 Galvanized Truck Bed Storage Pockets, Part Number A60070.These are a 5 inch tall galvanized storage pocket to keep items between the truck's side, the back of the wheel well, and near the tailgate. It includes 2 pockets, one for each side with included hardware. Here's our pocket, and it's universal whether we mount it here on the drivers side or the passenger side. We'll go ahead and set it into place. Now when picking a position, we'll make sure that we leave enough room so when the tailgate is closed it doesn't interfere with the pocket. Once we've got it in place, and we know it's not going to interfere with the pocket, I'm going to go ahead and open the tailgate back up for easier access to securing my rear fastener. To secure the pocket, we're going to use a self-tapping screw that's provided with the install kit.
Now with my rear fastener in place, it's nice and tight, we can use any one of the 3 pre-drilled holes here for our forward attachment. It's going to fit real nicely by using the 2nd or center hole. Just like that we've gone ahead and secured the driver's side, and we'll move over to the passenger's side and repeat the same process. These cut outs are designed for holding the Access Easy Retriever. The Easy Retriever is a telescoping hook with a twist lock design and will extend all the way out to 9 feet allowing us to hook our cargo and pulling it towards the rear of the vehicle. We can simply unlock it, retract it back down to its minimum length, and then also use it for extending across the pickup bed into those hooks for any items we want to store behind it and keep close to the tail gate.
That will hold our cargo nicely. We're going to close our tailgate and travel down the road. Or, lock it out to a longer length and maybe hook our spare tire, gain easier access here at the tailgate. There you have it for the review and install of the Access G2 Galvanized Truck Bed Storage Pockets, Part Number A60070. .

5" tall, galvanized storage pockets keep items tucked between the truck bed's wheel wells and tailgate.Love it. I can throw small items in there and they stay put, and they don't interfere with putting in my camper. They could be taller is the only minus. 794199
They fit good and there really sturdy. 774303
Got these for my Silverado and they are great. Absolutely worth the small price. I did file down the sharp edges to save knuckles later. 702765

I like these. I painted them hammer-finish black and put in 1/4-20 bolts through the bed box with wing nuts in the front and back. Easy in and out and they stay in place nicely. 555717

Worked perfectly in my 2013 F250 and my wife's 2012 F150, great for keeping small items under control in the bed of the truck. Both trucks have covers. 321348
Very handy addition. If you buy this, you should also buy the Access EZ Retriever to go with it. Both have been very useful. 280846
Cheap, works great. Keeps the crap I normally threw in the back of the cab secured in the bed of the truck. Combined with a tonneau cover, this is PERFECT for storing a set of jumper cables, tow rope, first aid kit, and other basic tools by the wheel wells. Only regreat is not buying 4, because honestly, I could use the front "dead space" just as easy as the rear. Great product. I used my own screws, and used more than supplied. Could be a tiny bit thicker, but, they're likley NOT designed to be used for tie down points (worked ish, but they flex a lot) 229423
Thought I could use these with helping load my truck camper, too! 211959
