Durable Acrylic Enamel Finish
This wheel has a durable acrylic enamel finish on the front. The finish is applied after the wheel goes through an environmentally safe zinc phosphate pre-treatment and is coated with an e-coat primer layer. Compared to powder coat finishes, this finish resists getting chipped from flying road debris or scraped from hitting a curb for a longer period of time. These acrylic enamel wheels performed for more than 1,000 hours in salt spray tests.
The automotive-rated center disc is raised and the stud holes are beveled and uncoated for better clamp force retention. This technology helps the wheel stay tight against your hub without the need for constant retightening.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

This 15" x 6" steel trailer wheel has a 5 on 5 bolt pattern and a 3.31" pilot diameter. Improved torque retention keeps wheel secure when mounted on your axle. Acrylic enamel finish resists damage better than powder coat finishes.This is a tremendous wheel! The 6" wide wheel is rated at 2835 lbs. Remember your rig is only as good as its weakest link, so a pair of these would be good for 5670 lbs. Overkill on a 3500lbs axle? Maybe, but definitely gives peace of mind, and the price is comparable. They even ship with the high pressure metal stems installed. The offset is neutral, so the difference from a 5" is only a half inch back spacing increase. Be sure to check your clearances from hub face to frame, but my Dexter 95" axle has plenty of clearance from the 80" frame. eTrailer has been the best vendor, period! I originally needed these wheels in April 2016 to replace the truck wheels I had, but the 5-on-5" wheels were not a carried item. Within days the team added them to their product line and had them shipped.

A GREAT product -- an exact replacement. The original valve has lasted for many years and am replacing all three Waste Valves. However, I have't install it, or the other one that arrive Saturday, but will this week. I did install the first valve which was operated via cable system two weeks ago. It works perfectly. I very much appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable assistance from all etrailer's employees. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. BTW, products well packaged -- no damage ...product arrive on schedule.

Sierra K - 06/14/2022I bought these to replace the 5" white, spoked rims on my new car trailer. Can't beat the price and were at my door in two days. They are 1" wider and a much better wheel than the stock ones. I'd rather have aluminum but these look real good for a lot less than aluminum.

Have a new 7K car hauler/equipment trailer with ST205/75R15 Load Range C 6 ply tires on 15x5 silver modular rims rated at 1800 pounds. Wanted to do a tire and or wheel upgrade. Knew I could stay with a 205 tire and upgrade the Load Range rating, but fortunately I have plenty of extra width & height in the wheel wells. So I upgraded to ST225/75R15 Load Range E 10 ply tires, and etrailer had the exact rim for this upgrade. A 15x6 silver modular with a rating of roughly 2800 pounds well more than I will ever need. I was very happy with the online ordering process and shipping time. Packaging was superb and the rims looked great. During this process I learned about lug patterns on etrailer’s website great need to know information when ordering. With help from etrailer I know have solid piece of mind now in my rims & tires towing on the interstate in 100 degree heat. I will definitely look to etrailer again for any trailer needs.

This wheel has a greater load capacity than others I looked at. Nice powder coat finish. These wheels will be used on a 16' trailer. The originals had load range C tires and after a blow out carrying a tractor I upgraded to load range E which required these wider wheels.
