Today we're going to take a look at the Tow Ready 4 way flat to 6 way square Wiring Adapter for Jayco trailers. Now, this Wiring Adapter will allow you to plug in the square 6 way right here onto your trailer and connect it to the 4 way flat that's on your tow vehicle. The adapter is wired to transfer the tow vehicle lighting signals to the appropriate pins on your 6 way square connector to operate your Jayco camper lights. Total length on this adapter is 31 inches, uses 18 gauge wires, and has a maximum of 7.5 amps per circuit. But the little connector 4 - special6 works great! Customer service is outstanding with etrailer! Will definitely use again for trailer needs. Thank you!
Works like a charm and no there’s no need for adapters!
This product works great. The lights didn't work on the pop up camper we bought. One of the previous owners must have cobbled together their own adapter cable to convert from 6 pins to 4, the wire colors didn't even match up. Rather than try to figure that mess out, I bought this cable. The camper lights worked immediately after using this cable. It's well constructed and should see us through many camping seasons.

Gary G - 04/27/2021Only place I found this adapter/connector. Nearest Jayco dealer is nowhere "near". Good price. Fast delivery. Well packaged. Customer service easy to get to and resolved my order issue(I had put my email address in incorrectly.). Opened box, pulled out cable, plugged into camper and van. Lights were "flickery". Removed rear lense's, cleaned same, tightened ground screws - all lights perfect! When I need anything else I'll be back! Thankx, Ted, Lititz, pa.

Then, I researched this product, purchased it, it arrived in record time, and every light worked flawlessly! Outstanding.
When I called on receiver & hitch..wiring harness, Mr. Adam E, was on the line. He was WONDERFUL..I had lots of questions and he took the time to answer everyone of them. I will tell everyone about everyone about etrailer. I am VERY VERY Satisfied.
As advertised, this cord is for Jayco ONLY. I thought I could have the wires switched to use on my Coachmen pop-up, but it WILL NOT WORK! My error in ordering. Otherwise, etrailer is a good and reputable organization. I will order from them again for any of my trailering needs.
This was a great product , I had to modify it to work on my 1981 camper but all & all I was very pleased.
I just got the product and it installs very easily with a minimum of disruption to the existing vehicle wiring. Delivery was a little faster than projected, but I probably should have gone with a level of postage that would offer a speedier delivery. The wiring harness went in fairly easily. The Jayco adapter works fine. I don't know how it would have worked for a more complex connection than a tent trailer, but for my purposes it seems to be fine. The lady that I placed the order with seemed to be knowlegable and even talked me into getting a lower priced product that was reported to be just as good as an existing offering.

We recently purchased our first PUP trailer (a 1997 Jayco) and I realized immediately that I had a problem: the trailer came with a 7-pin connector and our Nissan Pathfinder had a 4-pin connector. I stopped at an auto parts store on the way home hoping to find an adapter, but no dice. I pulled it home that night with no lights and checked etrailer.com the next day, and found they had exactly what I was looking for. It was a simple purchase, a great price, and I was surprised to find that even with the least expensive shipping option they still provided me with shipping updates and package tracking. It came quickly via UPS, was the ideal length, and worked perfectly. This is the exact product I was looking for to match up with my 4-flat outlet on my vehicle to make the lights on Jayco camper work without using an adapter. Very reasonably priced and paid a little extra for 2-day shipping. This wiring harness and the tow hitch I ordered at the same time were delivered to my doorstep the very next day, ahead of the 2-day schedule! Both work perfectly! I will be back again on future orders!
I purchasd this to use on a Jayco Jay series PUP camper for a trip from Tennessee to Florida. It worked exactly as advertised. My wife and I were very nervous about it and checked the lights every time we stopped. Each time we checked, all lights were working on the camper

It's works great does everything I need it to do. I used it on a 1999 jayco eagle pop up camper. It plugged right into the camper and all of the lights worked like a charm. this harness works perfectly. It is long enough so that you don't have to worry about putting any strain on it taking sharp turns.
